Madam/Sir, AMC FOR 24 SERVERS, 2 STORAGES AND KVM SWITCHES AT LHO MUMBAI We hereby invite Commercial quotations for AMC of servers, storage and KVM switches located at State Bank of India, Mumbai LHO, Synergy Building, C-6, G-Block, Bandra- Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai and at other CAP locations as detailed in the Annexure A. 2. The offer should be submitted on or before 5th May 2017, 1:00 p.m., in a properly SEALED & SIGNED Envelope, SUPERSCRIBED "Commercial Quote for AMC quoting our above reference number, at the following address : The Assistant General Manager (ITS), State Bank of India, I T S Department, Local Head Office, Synergy Building, Plot No. C-6, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai Terms and conditions as per Bank s usual AMC agreement will apply. The format of AMC agreement can be obtained from our office. L1 vendor for AMC will have to enter into a suitable AMC agreement with the bank as per Bank s format. 4. Date of Inspection of hardware: Between am and 4.00 pm on 27th and 28th April 2017 (the serial numbers of which are as per Annexure- A). ITS/TNDR/AMC/17-18/02 Dated 20/04/2017 Page 1 of 5

2 The General Terms and Conditions are as under: a) The AMC will be for the period of one year i.e 11/05/2017 to 10/05/2018 and can be renewed for further period of one year with the consent of both the parties, in case the Bank is satisfied with the service. b) L1 will be decided on the total cost of AMC. c) AMC will be comprehensive and inclusive of all standard peripherals and accessories. d) AMC will also cover formatting of Servers in all types of problems/issues and no extra charges will be paid. e) Patch management of servers is within the scope of this AMC. f) Service should be made available 24 x 7 x 365. g) AMC charges will be paid at Quarterly intervals in arrears i.e. after completion of the quarter after deducting penalty, if any as per Annexure B 3.1 (f). h) The last date of submission for sealed quotes is 05/05/2017 upto 1.00 p.m. The Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. The format for Commercial quote is attached. i) The uptime will be 99 % calculated on quarterly average. j) Configuration changes to be done as and when required including re-installation of OS and Bank's other software. k) The other Servers, which are under AMC with other vendor/warranty, should be covered under the AMC, as and when AMC/warrantee expires at the same cost and terms and conditions. l) The Servers, which are covered under this AMC, if replaced by the bank with new servers, the AMC charges will be reduced to the extent of cost quoted by the vendor for that Server. m) The call logging, if any and attending to it for all these servers must have top priority, because of its criticality. n) Vendor should maintain/open an account with our Bank and payment of the AMC charges will be credited to that account only. o) The RFP document is neither an offer letter nor a legal contract, but an invitation for offers/ responses. No contractual obligation on behalf of SBI whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officials of SBI and the selected vendor(s). p) All offers of the vendor shall be unconditional and once accepted, whether with or without modifications by SBI, shall be binding between SBI and such vendor. q) Bank reserves the right to cancel the tender process at its sole discretion, at any point of time, without assigning any reason.
