2 The DIGIWARE solution allows integration of power and energy monitoring inside the take off boxes. It is now possible to create intelligent systems by fitting current sensors directly on the MCBs and MCCBs inside the tap off units without losing any space.

Digiware is an innovative concept based on centralising the voltage by a dedicated Digiware U module and the current by dedicated Digiware I or modules. The voltage and current s are interconnected by the Digiware bus. A master unit is mounted at each branching point of the busbar equipped with a gateway unit (D-50, D-70 or G-50) and a voltage module (U-3x Module). D-50 and D-70 modules are equipped with a display that allows visualisation of the electrical parameters on that particular branch.

The take off boxes mounted overhead that supply the server racks are equipped with current units (I-3x Module). These are configurable according to load types (single or three phase) and current transformation ratios. The intelligent current sensors (itr type sensors) allow monitoring of MCB status (open/close or trip) and trip count without the need of additional auxiliary contacts.
