5 Grid operators The DSOs have been the ones responsible for grid connection permits. Section of sustainable energetics of Ministry of Environment was abolished by exminister Rút Bízková who had left ODS party in orde to become an independent minister having previously worked at the Nuclear Reasearch Institute in Řež (ČEZ, Corp.) and a spokewomen to the ČEZ coal powerstations.
