Specifically passionate about how solar energy can be used to transform the energy sector in Africa, Kobina holds a Bachelor s degree in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, and an IFEC Certificate from Harvard University. Business Development and Marketing George is a strong and inspiring leader, able to build effective business relationships with customers and partners, highperforming teams and implement strategic business plans. He worked closely with Invest in Africa on defining the market size for solar energy in Ghana and strategies for reaching the target market. George has a Bachelors degree in Geography from the University of Ghana. Sales Development and Office Manager Mayfred is responsible for residential sales and also manages the company s administrative tasks. She has a strong background in sales and marketing and a wealth of customer service experience from Cheki and other technological companies. She holds a professional diploma in Tourism Management from CTH- UK and a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from Zenith University College, Accra. Operations and Sales Manager Raphael manages the execution of most of TSL s current projects. He is currently leading the Kotoka Airport project and the execution of providing a 25KW Micro-Grid solution for a remote village in the northern part of Ghana called Kuliyaa. He holds a Bachelors degree in Linguistics and Sociology from the University of Ghana and Diplomas in Project Management and Strategic Management from ICM. Technology Development & Customer Relationship Japheth is responsible for implementing software for customer relation management, software for sales force, software for managing warehouses, integrating payment system both in the data center and state-of-the-art inverter. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Ashesi University.
