Not all support activities will be the same, but follow the process Expect ad hoc requests from the business on securing additional IT equipment Creation of a recovery script helped to identify additional logistical steps that otherwise might have been overlooked Websites and social media such as NOAA.gov and the Army Corp of Engineers twitter feed are valuable information sources Define the single point of escalation for DR issues Coordination with local agencies is essential Questions Thank You! 20 10
