4 D U K E E N E R G Y Data Center Location The Data Center is located in the heart of Duke Energy s service area, with access to abundant, low-cost power. Electric rates typically range between $0.045 and $0.055 per KWH for high load customers. Power incentives available. 45.7% of Duke Energy s power is generated at Nuclear Generation Plants. Duke energy offers a diverse generation portfolio that ensures rate stability and offers green energy blends.
