The Capture mdule nly mves cmmitted transactins filtering ut intermediate activities and rlled-back peratins which nt nly reduces infrastructure lad but als eliminates ptential data incnsistencies. Further ptimizatin is achieved thrugh transactin gruping and ptinal cmpressin features. Oracle GldenGate 11g can als capture messages frm JMS messaging systems t deliver t hetergeneus databases in real time fr scalable and reliable data distributin. They reside n the surce and/r target server but exist utside f the database t ensure hetergeneity, imprved reliability, and minimal data lss. This architecture minimizes impact t the surce system because n additinal tables r queries t the database are required t supprt the data capture prcess. The Capture mdule reads nce, and then immediately mves the captured data t the external Trail File fr delivery t the target(s). In the event f an utage at the surce and/r target, the Trail Files cntain the mst-recent data up t the pint f the utage, and the data is applied nce the systems are nline again. Delivery Oracle GldenGate s Delivery mdule takes the changed data frm the latest Trail File and applies it t the target database using native SQL fr the apprpriate relatinal database management system. The Delivery mdule applies each transactin in the same rder as it was cmmitted and within the same transactinal cntext as at the surce, enabling cnsistency and referential integrity at the target.
