1 03 August 2011 Dear Business Associate, You may recall that we had issued a circular dated 20 Jul 2011 on the conversion process of FastTrade to Lite and Offline to Lite. This circular details the controls available for you in Lite that you can use to define Client-Dealer Mapping and Client-Dealer Confirmation, best suiting your needs. 2 Client-Dealer Mapping: As per the Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. protocol, all clients of a respective branch are mapped to all the Lite-Dealer terminals of the branch. The facility of Client-Dealer Mapping helps you un-map the default mapping and remap client(s) of your choice to one or more Lite-Dealer terminals in the branch, as per your specific needs. Benefits: Clear segregation of clients to be serviced by specific Dealers Control at your end to map each new client to one or more Dealer HNI client(s) position can be restricted to Dealers which are mapped Ability to assign your best Dealer(s) to your big-ticket clients Please note that this mapping feature only pertains to the ability of Dealer(s) to place orders on behalf of mapped clients, confirmation of Orders/Trades placed can be mapped separately using the Client-Dealer Confirmation module.
3 Client-Dealer Mapping Process: Step 1: Login to your WIRE Account through wire.motilaloswal.com Step 2: Go to RMS tab then click on Client Dealer Mapping, the below screen will appear Step 3: Select the Lite-Dealer Terminal from Dealer Code drop down box, as shown below Step 4: Select the Client(s) from New Client Mapping box & click on button, as shown below
4 Step 5: Click on Add button, to add Client(s) to the Lite-Dealer terminal Please Note: In the above example, Lite-Dealer Terminal 8517 will be able to put order(s) only for client(s) shown in Existing Mapping Box All mapping requests given on or before 12 midnight, on any day will reflct on the next (exchange) working day Previous mapping, if any, will be removed and new mapping will be incorporated in Lite-Dealer terminal from next working day Use Add Single Mapping button to add single client to existing mapping Use Search Mapping button to search Dealer-wise Client(s) mapping or Client-wise Dealer(s) mapping

6 Client-Dealer Confirmation: By default, confirmation of order(s) placed by Dealer himself for his set of mapped clients is received on his Lite-Dealer terminal. This module authorizes you to assign a Lite-Dealer, the rights to receive confirmation for orders placed by other dealer(s) and Online Clients (Lite-Desktop). The two options are: Option 1 Option 2 Confirmation to all If chosen, the dealer will receive all confirmations of clients mapped to him, irrespective of orders placed by self, client or any other dealer. All reports will be updated accordingly. Confirmation to Self If chosen, the dealer will receive confirmation only for orders placed by himself on behalf of the client. No confirmation will be received for orders placed by the client or any other dealer. This dealer s reports will not be updated for orders placed by other dealers or the client himself. Even though the client s position is not in sync with the report, available margin will be reduced from the client s account in sync with Trades already placed by client or other dealers Please Note: In case of both options, the client will receive the confirmation of all trades placed by him or any dealer mapped to him. For all changes made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, the same will reflect in system on the next working Exchange day. Changes made after 5:00 pm will reflect on the 2nd (Exchange) working day, following the day of change request.
7 Steps to make changes in Client-Dealer confirmation: Step 1: Login to your WIRE Account through wire.motilaloswal.com Step 2: Go to RMS tab, and then click on Client Dealer Confirmation. Step 3: Chose the Lite-Dealer terminal for which change has to be made. Step 4: Select the radio button for the option either Option 1 or Option 2 Step 5: Click on I Confirm Step 6: Click on Submit Illustration of Steps:
