2 WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT TO YOU? 3 HOW DO YOU ACCESS? As of Date: The direct link to the Secure Messaging application is located on the TRICARE Online Patient Analysis: Portal at or directly at The 355th Medical Group is currently collecting all patient s with intent to send invites to patient on behalf of primary care managers. Active Duty personnel will be required to set up for connections with the Base Operational Medical Cell

4 REGISTERING YOURSELF (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT) From the main screen, click the Register here. link.
