1 Information on how to register, book and pay online for The 24th FAFAI Seminar A) Create new account Create your FAFAI web account by clicking on Create New User as shown below

2 B) Submit Registration Form Fill in the form with correct details. Please note, * marked fields are compulsory. Your id is your login id (Please remember the log-in details as this would be your permanent FAFAI account which would enable you to register for all future seminars/workshops/ events). FAFAI office reserves full rights to update the membership status of any member/non-member firm.

3 C) Log-in to your account After submission of account creation form, FAFAI will check and verify your membership status. After verifying, you would receive an approval . You may then log-in to your FAFAI account. After Login, you will land on Status Page.

4 D) Seminar Registration Go to Seminar Registration section and provide your seminar participant(s) information. The participation rates will be applied automatically depending on your FAFAI membership status. After providing participants information you will see total amount to be paid for the Seminar Participation at bottom. Click Proceed to Payment to make payment online and secure your participation. Please be informed that we are accepting online payments only.

5 E) Online Payment After clicking Proceed to Payment button you will be redirected to Online Payment Gateway Web Page. On the online payment gateway page, you can select your payment mode (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) and make payment. While making payment, do not refresh page or press back button. The same procedure will be carried out for booking Hotel Room and Product Display (Stall).

6 F) Payment success/fail message Once your payment transaction is successful - system will take you back to the seminar website thank you page with payment confirmation details. After successful payment - your participation will be automatically confirmed. You will be provided with receipt of your payment on your registered id. You can also download your payment receipt from My Account section on seminar website after logging into your account.

7 G) Hotel Room Reservation While you are logged in to your FAFAI account, go to Hotel Booking section and select your required hotel and room. Please note that you can only book hotel room after successful online payment and confirmation of FAFAI seminar delegate registration. The number of hotel rooms you can book can only be less than or equal to the number of your registered delegates (subject to availability) e.g. if you have registered 2 participants/delegates for FAFAI seminar, then you can book a maximum of 2 hotel rooms only. After selecting the hotel and room, Click on Make Payment Button and follow the steps for online payment as mentioned in page number 5.

8 H) Hotel Room Occupants Please enter details of the room occupants. The room(s) will be booked in their name(s).

9 I) Stall Reservation, View reserved stall(s) While you are logged into your FAFAI account, go to Exhibition Stall Booking section and select your required exhibition stall space. Before booking you may view the list of already reserved stalls. This may guide you to reserve the appropriate stall for your company. After selecting required exhibition stall space you can see the total amount to be paid for the stall booking. Click on Make Payment Button and follow the steps for online payment as mentioned in page number 5.

10 J) Status (Seminar registration, Hotel Booking, Stall reservation) or retry payment On this page you can see the status of all your bookings/reservations with their payment status and a possibility to download the receipt.
