1 Page 1 of 13 Step 1 Get started Go to Click Sign in to BC Hunting Step 2 Logon to BCeID Enter your BCeID and password Click Continue If you forgot your BCeID log-in information, you can click on Forgot your user ID or password? or Register for a BCeID to obtain a new one Note: You are required to obtain a Basic BCeID to access BC Hunting Online. If you do not have a BCeID, you must Register for a BCeID prior to proceeding

2 Page 2 of 13 Step 3 Review your Fish and Wildlife Profile Note: You must have an active FWID and active BC resident and hunting credentials to submit LEH Applications Click Apply for Limited Entry Hunting at the top of the screen or under LEH Options to create a Group or Shared application Click View LEH History to see current and previous LEH Applications Note: If you sign out of the LEH application prior to making payment, you can access the application again by clicking the Shopping Cart icon (top right). All unpaid LEH applications are cleared from the system every hour.

3 Page 3 of 13 Step 4 Create a New Group/Shared LEH Application If there is only one draw open, the Draw Name will automatically populate If more than one draw is open, you must select the Draw Name from the dropdown list LEH Hunts related to the draw will automatically display in the hunts table below Click Start a new Group/Shared Note: You can now enter your First Choice and optional Second Choice hunt codes. Your First Choice and Second Choice hunts must be for the same species. Hunt codes are available in the LEH Synopsis. If you want to select your hunt codes using the LEH Hunts table, go to Step 5. Otherwise: Type your 4-digit hunt code in the First Choice Hunt field You may also enter your optional Second Choice hunt code You will have the option to opt in for a substitute hunt if you are applying for a Grizzly Bear hunt. Please refer to the LEH Synopsis for more information on substitute hunts.

4 Page 4 of 13 Step 5 (Optional) Part 1 Using the LEH Hunts table Note: This step is optional. You can also enter your hunt codes directly into the application form as noted in Step 4. All hunts listed in the LEH Hunts table are for the selected Draw. The LEH Synopsis provides the same information as listed in this table. The LEH Hunts table allows you to filter information in any part of the table. For example, if you wish to see only hunts which allow for Group or Shared applications: Click the down arrow next to Group/Shared Move your mouse over Filters Check the box next to Group or Shared In this example, the table now shows only hunts which allow Group or Shared applications. You can filter on any of the columns in this table using the same method, to refine your search.

5 Page 5 of 13 Step 5 (Optional) Part 2 Select hunts from the LEH Hunts table Click Add next to the hunt that corresponds to your First Choice Hunt The Hunt Code will automatically populate the First Choice Hunt field in the application form If you wish, click Add next to the hunt that corresponds to your optional Second Choice Hunt Click Submit Note: Your First Choice and Second Choice hunts must be for the same species. Step 5 (Optional) Part 3 Review the Hunt Area Once you have selected a hunt from the LEH Hunts table, you can view the area and any special instructions associated with that hunt. Use the + or symbols on the map to zoom in or out on a selected LEH area. Note that all borders are approximate.

6 Page 6 of 13 Step 6 (Optional) Add group members to application Note: As the group initiator, you have the option to add up to 3 group members to your application. If you submit an application on behalf of other hunters, you are responsible for paying for all applications. If you wish to add a member to your group, you must do it at this step of the process. Once you submit and pay for your group application, you cannot return to it to add a group member. Group members can also apply for themselves and join your group with the group ID you will receive after payment. To add a member to your application, you must enter the group member s Fish and Wildlife ID, last name, and first initial Click Add Hunter to Group You must check the box to confirm that each person on the application has authorized you to submit an LEH application on their behalf Click Submit when you have finished selecting your hunts and adding group members

7 Page 7 of 13 Step 7 Confirm your (s) Your shopping cart shows LEH applications for each member you entered in step 6. When applying on behalf of a group member, each member s application will appear in the initiator s shopping cart. Carefully review your hunt choices and totals as LEH applications are non-refundable and nontransferable. You have the option to Remove Application or submit a New LEH Application for a different species. If you remove one of your own group applications before submitting it, the applications for all members in the same group are automatically removed as well. You may remove a member without affecting your application and the other remaining members. Check the box to confirm the applications are correct Click Confirm

8 Page 8 of 13 Step 8 Confirm your Mailing and Contact Information Confirm your address and contact information. Click Edit if you wish to update the information (see Step 9) You must click two boxes one to confirm that your address is correct and the other to confirm that you are a BC resident When finished, click Pay. You will be re-directed to a site to complete payment Go to Step 10 Note: If you click cancel, you will be re-directed to the home page and your LEH application will be abandoned.

9 Page 9 of 13 Step 9 (Optional) Update your Mailing and Contact Information Update your mailing address, if needed Click the box if your Street Address is the same as your Mailing Address Complete all other mandatory fields (marked with * ) You must click two boxes one to confirm that your address is correct and the other to confirm that you are a BC resident Click Pay Step 10 Make payment Enter your credit card information Click Pay Now. This step may take a few seconds. Please do not use your browser back button Upon successful completion of your payment, your receipt will display If you do not wish to proceed with your payment, you may click Cancel

You must provide this Group ID to any additional hunters you wish to invite to join your group. You also have the option of inviting other hunters by to join the Group/Shared application if you have not reached the group limit of 4 members. (Optional) Click Invite/ other Hunters to Join to invite other hunters to join the Group or Shared application The will contain the Group ID. Click Print or Save Receipt to display a PDF copy of the receipt Click Done to return to your Fish and Wildlife Profile

11 Page 11 of 13 Step 12 Print or Save Receipt To print the receipt, hover your mouse over to the bottom of the receipt until the menu bar appears, then click on the print icon You can view the Group ID and group members for each of your Group / Shared LEH applications Your group members will be able to view the LEH application on their profile if you submitted an application on their behalf. They can choose to void their application, and no refund will apply

13 Page 13 of 13 Step 14 (Optional) Leave Group or Shared Hunt Note: If you want to permanently remove your application from the draw, click Void. There are no refunds for voiding an application. If you want to convert your application to individual, click Leave Group. Once your application is converted to an individual application, you will not be able to re-join the Group. T. TEST T.
