3 Some Guidelines Applicable for Self - Profile Modification: o All the Modifications will be OTP based. Except for Primary Contact Details Modification, in case of all other Modifications OTP will be sent to both your Primary Contact Number/ Id o For Primary Contact Details Modification OTP will be send to the either of the details i.e, if Registered Mobile Number is Modified OTP will be send to the Registered Id & vice versa o All the modification request has to be accompanied with relevant documents required for modification & it will be subjected to approval from metaljunction registration team except for Primary Contact Details Modification & Secondary Contact Details Modification o All the documents which is uploaded must be stamped & signed in all the pages o Except for Primary Contact Details Modification & Secondary Contact Details Modification, you will not be able to make new modification request until the earlier request is approved/rejected by metaljunction registration team. o At any point of time only one modification request will be permissible

4 Some Guidelines Applicable for Self Profile Modification: Contd.. o By clicking on the Hyper Link of the document list (wherever applicable) you will be able to view all the documents required to be submitted to raise the modification request. o By bringing your Mouse Cursor on the Block Name which you want to modify, yow will be able to view the Rules applicable for Modification of the concerned tab. o For Modification of any Block firstly you have to click on the Radio Button against the block name & then Edit link for the details you want to modify. For Secondary Contact Details modification by clicking only on the radio button you will be able to modify all the details o Organization Details Modification will impact your PAN & GST Details also, so you need to modify as per the rules applicable for modification ( Details in the subsequent slides) o You have to accept the Terms & Conditions of Modification for every Modification/Modifications. o Apart from the General T&C of Modification you also have to accept the Special T&C applicable for being Special GST Buyer (like being a SEZ, STP etc., buyer)

Steps: ) For Modification of any Block firstly you have to Click on the Radio Button against the block name & then Click on Edit link for the details you want to modify. 2) For Secondary Contact Details modification by Clicking only on the Radio Button you will be able to modify all the details. Note :- Organization Details Modification will impact your PAN & GST Details also, so you need to modify as per the rules applicable for modification Steps: ) For Modification of Address details under Organization Details click on the Radio Button & Edit button. This will impact your GST also. 2) You will be able to edit GST Entity Code, Check Digit & GST registration date whichever applicable. First two digits of the GST (State Code) will automatically change as per the modified state selected by you. 3) By brining mouse cursor over the different boxes of the GST number you will know what each box represents. 2 2

13 How to Self - Modify Profile? Contd.. Note :- On Clicking on the Hyper Link of Document List a pop up will appear on your screen showing the list of documents required to be given for Self Profile Modification of the specific block.

Note :- Organization Details Modification will impact your PAN & GST Details also, so you need to modify as per the rules applicable for modification Steps: ) For Modification of Organization Name/ Organization Type Details under Organization Details click on the Radio Button & Edit button. This will impact your PAN & GST also. 2) You will be able to edit PAN & GST details accordingly. First two digits of the GST (State Code) will automatically change as per the modified state selected by you. 3) By brining mouse cursor over the different radio buttons of the special field under GST you will know what they represents. 2 mjunction services limited 3

Steps: ) When modifying GST details individually or wrt to any Organization Details modification, if you were not a special certification (SEZ (Special Economic Zone) / STP (Software Technology Park) etc.,) buyer under GST. You can give the request for the same by clicking on the radio button of the relevant box & accepting the T&C 2) By clicking on the T&C link you can view the applicable T&C 2

16 How to Self - Modify Profile? Contd.. Note :- ) If you want to participate in TSL auctions you have to submit the Notarized set of documents applicable for TSL. Once you are a Notarized Buyer the Notarization Details Block will vanish from your screen. Steps: ) Click on the Radio Button for the block Notarized details Select the Sub Organization as TSL Note : - 2) For any modification you have to accept the T&C of the modification by clicking on the select check box. On Click on Next after accepting the T&C of the Page you will get a page to upload all the relevant set of documents required for your modification ( Wherever applicable, no document is required for Primary & Secondary Details Modification) Steps: ) Click on the Choose File option to browse & upload the file 2) Click on Save to continue 2

To complete any kind of modification OTP will be send to your registered Mobile & Id / whichever applicable Steps: ) Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile & Id / whichever is applicable 2) Click on Submit to Continue/ Click on Resend OTP if you want to receive it again or in case you have not received 2 2

20 How to Modify Profile? Contd.. You will get Success Message for Primary & Secondary Contact Details Modification request which need not require any SOI submission. For others you need to download the SOI & upload it on the path as shown in the image below.

Steps: ) Click on Choose file to browse the Signed & stamped SOI Click on Upload SOI to Upload SOI 2) In case you have not Downloaded the SOI earlier you can click on Download option to Download the SOI from here also 3) You can use the link Click Here to view the supporting documents uploaded by you.

25 How to Self - Modify Profile? Contd.. How to Upload Signed & Stamped SOI? On Successful Upload of SOI you will see Success message on your screen. Note :- Apart from Primary & Secondary Contact Details Modification your request for Modification has to approved by metaljunction Registration Team to get you profile modified. Your request will be received by the metaljunction Registration Team only on successful submission of your signed & stamped SOI.

26 How to Modify Profile? Contd.. Note : - Your Self Profile Modification will be effective only if it is approved by metaljunction admin (wherever applicable). If your modification request is rejected due to incorrect data given by you, your request will be considered to be rejected & you will have to place fresh request. If your modification request is rejected due to Uploading Wrong Document, then you will have the option to upload Correct Docs. Please refer the below steps to upload correct document: Steps:- ) Go to General Profile Modification Dashboard 2) Click on the link Click Here under the option Upload Rejected Documents 2

28 You will not be able to make new modification request until the earlier request is approved/rejected by metaljunction registration team. On going to the Modification Page you will be able to view Pending Status

29 How to Modify Profile? Contd.. On Successful Modification you will be able to see the changes in your Profile Page Path --: Go to Welcome & Click on Profile Link
