2 Logging into Your Individual Fundraising Page Once you are signed up to fundraise, go to your personal fundraising page and hit Edit My Page. You will be promoted to enter your username and password. Once you log in, you will be on your Dashboard. *If you are the Team Captain to design your team page, follow these same instructions. Once you are logged in, your Dashboard will look like this! OOCH TIP: Need to update your personal information? Click Update Your Profile

3 The Functions of Each Icon My Home will link back to your Dashboard My Page to view, personalizes and creates URL for your page My Activity will take you to activity log, your personal reminder Send send messages to your Friends, colleagues and family Send Thanks send a thank you note to your donors Address Book link to your personal address book Offline Donations your offline donations records My Team for team captain ONLY. To view, design and edit your team page Set Your Personal Friendly URL A friendly URL will be easier to direct your donors to your page! Click on My Page 1 2 To see if your ideal URL is available by clicking: 1. The check mark 2. Once you find one that is available press Apply Friendly URL Example: If your name is John Smith you could try johnsmith. This would make your friendly URL -

4 Set Your Team Friendly URL Click on My Team This is available only if you are the Team Captain. A friendly URL will be easier to direct your donors to your team s page! Go to Design My Team s Web Page 1 2 To see if your ideal URL is available by clicking: 1. The check mark 2. Once you find one that is available press Apply Friendly URL Example: If your team is Team Smith you could try teamsmith. This would make your friendly URL -

5 Edit Your Personal Fundraising Page Click on My Page Go to Edit My Web Page You can change your page name to your name! OOCH TIP: Why My Story? Supporters love to hear why Ooch is special to you! Make sure to Save Changes after you are done!

Change Your Fundraising Goal We suggest the goal be set to $250, the cost to send one child to camp for a day! On your My Home page you can change your goal at any time. 9 Receive Notifications about Donations Click on My Home Scroll down and you will see My Notifications Sections *This is how it looks like for your personal fundraising account. You can be notified when there is a new donation to your page *This is how it looks like for the Team Captain s fundraising account. You can be notified of new team members and team member donations

10 Send s to Colleagues, Friends and Family Click on Send Add yourself as a recipient OOCH TIP: It is easiest for you to send yourself an so that you can personalize it and forward it on to your contacts, rather than uploading all your contacts to the site Add your contact information and click Continue

11 Send s to Colleagues, Friends and Family (Cont d) OOCH TIP: You can preview your message before it sends out! *You can enter your subject and personalized message OR you can wait until you have sent it to yourself and personalize it afterwards. Click Send and the will be sent to your address!

12 Send Thanks to Your Supporters Click on Send Thanks *Your page will keep track of all of the donations to your page and will list your supporters which you can select to send a thank you to! Offline Donations Click on Offline Donations Please send your offline donations to: Camp Oochigeas 464 Bathurst Street Toronto, ON, M5T 2S6 NOTE: Please enclose your name and indicate to what fundraising challenge you are participating in OOCH TIP: All offline donations will be processed within 3 business days of being received by Camp Oochigeas. Your offline donations will count towards your total, and will show up in your offline gifts section once it has been processed!
