7 A neighbor sent me an this morning; they live I live This house is undergoing major remodel work. They clearly have no permits. They re working today, Sunday February 12th, and started at 8:45AM. Any contractor with permits knows not to work Sundays. They re in their 4th week of work. Sawing, hammering, painting, demolition, inside, outside.
