1 BECKMAN COULTER LEARNING LAB NEW USER HELP GUIDE Welcome to the Beckman Coulter Learning Management System, also known as Learning Lab. Within Learning Lab, you will have the opportunity to browse our e-learning offerings and also register for Instructor-led training. Please click on the link below to begin your online learning experience: BeckmanCoulterLearningLab If you previously participated in training at a Beckman Coulter location, you can click Existing User Login with the address and password that was previously provided to you by Beckman Coulter. If you do not remember your and password, then click on Forgot Password to reset your password.
2 If you have not participated in any Beckman Coulter training, please click Register New Account and follow the steps below. After the fields are completed, then you can register for courses at your leisure. This guide is designed to assist a new user with browsing, selecting, and registering for a Beckman Coulter instructor-led course. REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT 1. Click on the link provided in the and select Register New Account. 2. Fill out the self-registration information and select Log In.
3 3. Log back in. BROWSE FOR COURSES 4. Now that you are a registered user, you can browse and register for training. From the Welcome page, select Browse Courses.
4 5. You can Search the entire library with Browse All or Search a specific training course. SELECT AND REGISTER FOR A COURSE 6. If you are registering for an instructor led training, select the course you have a coupon code for. (For an example let s select ACCESS 2.) 7. Select the session you would like to attend by clicking on the Request button. (From this window you can see the available seats and/or a waitlist)
5 8. Requesting a class that has a waitlist, will display a pop-up window. Select Yes if you agree to be placed on a waitlist. You will be contacted by Beckman Coulter if a seat becomes available. COUPON CODES AND PAYMENTS 9. If you requested a class that has open seating, you now will need to enter your coupon code or form of payment. 10. Select the Place Order button.
6 11. Your order has now been processed. 12. You will then be registered for the class and receive an regarding course information, travel, and accommodations. NOTE: Check your SPAM folder if you do not receive your registration . REGISTERING FOR AN ONLINE CLASS 1. If you would like to access online class (elearning module or other virtual training such as videos) select that option. (For an example let s select ACCESS 2 Overview.) 2. Select the Launch button.
7 3. The course or item will launch. If the content is approved for PACE and/or Florida CEUs, have the ability to access your certificate after the completion of the content. (A fee may apply for the CEU certificate. You will be prompted for payment after completion of the content.) 4. You can access your previously viewed content and certificates from your transcript in the completed section. ACCESSING TIPS AND TOOLS 1. To access content such as job aids, checklists, In-Lab Training Manuals, etc., select the Tools & Tips section. 2. Select the product name. 3.
