2 1. A customer account is required to purchase products online with Hair4Now. To establish a customer account click on Register at the top right corner of the home page and enter the required information. To complete the customer account registration, please Login to your account after initial registration and enter full address details. Please note at this stage orders are to be collected in the salon. Shipping/Delivery is coming soon. 2. Customers can log on to their account before ordering products online or just commence ordering. To logon, click Login at the top right corner of the home page and enter the and password used when registering an account. 3. Navigate to the product required by clicking on the product category on the right side of the home page which displays the range of items available. 3 4. Click on the idetails button which displays the detailed product information and tick the check box to add the item to the shopping cart. To add more items navigate to the product and tick the check box to add to the shopping cart. Repeat until all items required have been added to the shopping cart. 5. If you did not logon prior to commencing shopping you will need to enter your account details ( and password) in to the Returning Customer section. 6. 4 7. Review the order and click on Confirm Order. 8. An Order Confirmation from Hair4Now is sent to the customer when Confirm Order is clicked. Please retain a copy of this as identification for collecting your order in the salon once it is ready. 9. An order number is assigned and the PayPal Payment Option is presented. 5 10. Complete the PayPal payment form and then click on Review and Continue. 11. Review the payment details and then click on Pay Now. 12. The PayPal payment is processed and a receipt number is issued. Click on the Return to JDL Rock Pty Ltd t/a Hair4Now to return to the Hair4Now website. 6 13. A Payment Receipt from PayPal is sent to the customer when payment is processed. 14. You are returned to your order on the Hair4Now website. The PayPal Pay Now! button is no longer available and the Thank You For Your Order message is displayed. The Payment Status of the order is Payment Received. 15. The order process is now complete. Please Logout of your account. 16. An Order Accepted from Hair4Now is sent to the customer when payment is received and the order is accepted for processing.
