1 Ins Instruction 1 (5) Registering in Energiapeili Reporting Service Registering To register in Energiapeili Reporting Service, you will need your personal online banking codes. We accept the identification services of the most common online banks: - Danske Bank - Handelsbanken - Nordea - OP - S-Bank - Tapiola - Ålandsbanken The service can be used with the most common versions of Microsoft IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. We prefer to use Firefox or Chrome browsers if you use Danske Bank s online banking codes. If you use other online banking codes or do not have personal online banking codes, please contact our Customer Service (asiakaspalvelu@vantaanenergia.fi). Instructions for registering and other actions related to the reporting services are presented below. In problem situations, please contact our Customer Service (asiakaspalvelu@vantaanenergia.fi). If you have not yet registered as a user of Energiapeili Reporting Service, you can register in the service using your personal online banking codes. You can register at the address - > Energiapeili Reporting Service - by selecting Registration.

2 Instruction 2 (5) The registration stages Stage 1: Bank identification: select your bank s logo and enter your personal banking codes. Stage 2: User information 1/2: enter your customer and metering point numbers. The required information is found on your electricity bill. Stage 3: User information 2/2: fill in the compulsory fields marked with an asterisk and save your username and password. Read and accept the terms of use.

3 Instruction 3 (5) Please note the following information concerning the requirements of user name and password: User name: - Minimum length: 8 characters - Allowed special _ - Password: - Minimum length: 10 characters - Must include at least: one capital, one lower case letter, one number and one special character - Validity: 90 days Please note also that the user name and password can t be too similar with your name. Stage 4: Confirmation: Please check your details before sending the form.

4 Instruction 4 (5) Stage 5: Confirm your registration and address through the link in the message you have received. Once you have confirmed your registration and address, you can log into Energiapeili Reporting Service. Please note that the registration must be confirmed within 48 hours. If you do not confirm your registration within this time, you have to go through the registration process again. You will receive confirmation of your registration into your , with links to the reporting service and your own user information.

5 Instruction 5 (5) Logging in You can log into Energiapeili Reporting Service either with your username and password or with your personal online banking codes. User information You can view and update your user information in the reporting service under User information. You can log into your personal interface with your username and password or with your personal online banking codes. Please notify our Customer Service of any actual changes of names and contact details (asiakaspalvelu@vantaanenergia.fi). Request and change new password If you have already registered in the reporting service, you can request a new password from the link Request password. Change your password through the link in the you have received. Password reset link is valid 14 days and can be used only once. It is also possible to change your password in your personal interface for example using your online banking codes. If you have not received an with a link to change your password, please contact our Customer Service (asiakaspalvelu@vantaanenergia.fi).
