2 Intended Audience The content of this document is designed to facilitate the users -managers, supervisors and others of Bookings & Reservations Extension for Magento. A step by step instruction has been added to this document to help users to install the extension on Magento. This extension will only work on Magento. 4 Getting Started! Overview Extension Features Magento Booking extension from FME allows you to sell your products and services through online bookings. Customers can book hotel rooms, venues, appointments, tickets, newly arrived articles and many other bookable products and services through Magento booking system by FME. Customizable options allow you to configure calendar features and add staff options on the product page. You can also personalize time slots, buffer time and tier pricing for discounts for specific products. Sell Bookable Services Manage Staff Members Customers can book hotel rooms, arrange appointments and conduct business meetings with Magento booking and reservation extension You can add multiple staff members for particular services and show their availability for booking Advance Pricing Advance pricing allows you to customize tier pricing and time based charges of your products and services with home bookings Magento Booking Calendar Add Bookable Days & Hours Booking Calendar allows customers to select the particular time and date for the booking. You can personalize calendar appearance from backend You can customize the availability of your products and services by settings the bookable days and hours Manage Bookings Customer bookings will appear on the bookings panel at the backend. How to Add/Manage Products: Step 1 Add New Product: At the backend, go to FME Extensions > Catalog > Manage Products. Here you will find the list of all products. Click on Add Product to continue. 8 II. How to Create/Manage Bookings: Step 1 Frontend: At the frontend demo we have provided you will find sample products. For the purpose of this demo we chose SAMPLE BOOKING PRODUCT and checked the fields mentioned in the image below. Purchase this product by adding other required fields and follow through to the next step. 8 User Guide

Step 2 Manage Bookings at the Backend: At the backend, go to FME Extensions > Booking and Reservation > Manage Bookings. Here you will find all the bookings submitted by your customers.

You all have the option of adding new bookings by yourself by clicking on Add Bookings tab at the top right. For the purpose of this demo we clicked on the 3 rd booking which we have submitted at the front end. Step 3 Edit Booking Information: Now you will find all the submitted information about out particular booking. You can edit the mentioned fields and change the status of the booking as par your requirement. 9 User Guide

III. How to Create/Manage Staff Members: Step 1 Go to Manage Staff Members: At the backend, go to FME Extensions > Booking and Reservation > Manage Staff Members.

Here can add as many staff members information which can be edited as par your requirement. For the purpose of this demo click on Add Staff Member tab on the top left to continue. Step 2 Add Staff Member Information: Fill the required information about the staff member as par your requirement and select the product you want him/her to be available for. 11 Step 3 Add Member Availability Information: Fill the required availability information about the staff member as par your requirement. You can select individual days or set the same time for every day. For the purpose of this demo we have provided the mentioned information. 11 User Guide

12 Step 4 Frontend: Now at the frontend you will find Test Staff at the selected products. Submit the required information and place an order to continue to the next step. 12 User Guide

13 Step 5 Manage Staff Member Bookings at Backend: Now at the Test Staff information there is a tab on the left Member Bookings where you will find all the bookings that Test Staff was selected. You can edit booking information here or at the Manage Bookings settings. IV. How to Configure the Extension: At the backend, go to FME Extensions > Booking and Reservation > Configration.
