3 Installing the App The Certification Training Registry (CTR) is available as a mobile application for ios, Blackberry and Android. 1. From your mobile device, access the appropriate App Store Android: Play Store ios: App Store 2. Search available apps using keyword WorkplaceNL 3. Select WorkplaceNL CTR app from results 4. Select the appropriate method based on device to install the application For Blackberry installation, you will download the app from Amazon Store by following these steps: 1. From a mobile browser, go to ctr.bluedrop.io/# 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the item for Amazon 3. Select OK to open the link 4. Select Install to install the application on your device Logging into the Mobile App NOTE: In order to access the CTR mobile app, you will require a CTR account. If you do not have a CTR account, click here for instructions on creating your account Once you ve installed the mobile application, launch the mobile application and login 1. From the main page, enter the address and password for your CTR account * Select Remember Me check box to store your and password for future reference 2. Select Sign In to be logged into the mobile application Scan your completion records - My ecard Select the My ecard icon to display your ecard Other individuals can scan your QR code to view your learning profile information
4 Back to Dashboard View Select the home menu icon or the back arrow to return to the Dashboard Dashboard 1. Home Page: Returns you to the Dashboard page 2. Notifications: View all system notification. If a numeric value is displayed next to the icon, there are new notifications 3. Overflow Menu: Access additional menu options for Help, About, ecard Scanner and Sign Out 4. Share: completed item(s) to other individuals 5. Marketplace: View standards, workshops & webinars 6. Profile: View your personal profile information 7. Upcoming Certification Information: View upcoming classes (if applicable) 8. Current Certification Information: View completed items (if applicable) 9. My ecard: Access scannable ecard Share your completion records From the main dashboard, select the Share icon You will be presented with a list of your completed certifications. By default all items are selected (Select the check box to un-select items from the listing) Scroll to the end of the listing to enter a message if required and address(s). The Share button is only enabled when an address has been entered. Select the Share button
5 You will receive a notification that the information has been sent CTR Mobile App
6 View Upcoming Classes and Completed Courses Upcoming Classes: Start date of next class (or past date & attendance has not yet been taken) Select the item to view Training Provider contact information, website, and location of training Current: Not Awarded, Completed and is current, Completed but has expired Selecting completed items will present a Share link to the completion information to others. Selecting an item marked Not Awarded or expired will display the Renew button which will allow you to search for upcoming training by redirecting you to the Marketplace for the selected standard
7 Marketplace - Register for Classes From the main dashboard, select the Marketplace icon. Select Certification Training Standards or Prevention Workshops & Webinars. From the certification listing, you can: 1. Select the information icon to view additional information regarding the standard; Select done to return to the certification listing 2. Select View Offerings to view the available classes. Select the filter option to modify the display *The filter option allows you to filter by: Course, Training Provider and Month as well as sort by Training Provider and/or Location. Once the desired options have been selected, click UPDATE or Cancel. To register for an offering, select the desired offering Select Call to contact the Training Provider Select to contact the Training Provider via Select Attend to register for the offering * you will receive a notification of the class registration Notifications From the main dashboard, select the bell icon to view your Notifications. From the listed notifications, you can select a notification to view the detailed information
8 Additional Menu Options From the main dashboard, select the Overflow Menu icon to view additional menu options. The following options are available from this menu: 1. Help: When selected you will be redirect to the Help page where articles are available for each of the functions 2. About: Select to view application information. Note: App Version in screenshot is not reflective of the most current app version 3. ecard Scanner: Select to access ecard Scanner feature. This feature will allow you to scan another QR code and view the individuals profile information. 4. Sign Out: Select to exit the application User Profile From the main dashboard, select the Profile icon.
9 1. Name, CTR Identifier and Employer 2. Contact Information - , Phone Numbers and Address *Click on the pencil icon to edit your information and select Save to apply your changes or Cancel 3. Employer - Click on the + icon to add an employer. Look up by Employer Training ID# or Company Name 4. Employer listing to remove an employer, select I know longer work here Creating a CTR Account 1. Access the WorkplaceNL Certification Training Registry: 2. Select Sign In from the top right corner 3. From the User Registration page, you will be required to enter the following information: Personal Address First Name Last Name Year of Birth Street Address, City and Postal Code Create and confirm your Password Agree to Terms and Conditions Select "Confirm your information" Note: Mobile Phone, Home Phone and Work are optional fields 4. You will receive a system notification that your account has been created and you will be required to confirm your account
10 5. You will receive an asking you to confirm your account by selecting the link provided in the . Note: This maybe directed to your Spam or Junk folder so please check these boxes if the is not received within 5 minutes. 6. After selecting the provided link, you will be brought to the Account Activation page; select Login
