4 Registration and password recovery The candidate, connecting with a standard web browser to the URL (www. aleniaaermacchi.com), in Careers-Supplier section, can register and receive username and password (temporary) useful to complete the questionnaire candidature. 5 Registration and password recovery To submit your registration it s necessary to complete a form. Compiler Data Security check: to avoid that the fields are filled in by a user and not automatically by a software Clicking on Send button, the system displays the confirmation registration message. The user credentials are sent to the specified in the registration form 5

6 Registration and password recovery If you have forgotten your ID User or Password you can recovery it using the link in which you are prompted to enter the address used during your account registration process. Enter the address used when registering and click on Request. 6

9 Choice of Language and acceptance of the General Conditions After Log In, select the Language and agree the terms and conditions of use. This field allows you to select the language. Acceptance "Data Privacy Statement" required to proceed with self-nomination questionnaire 9

20 Self-nomination questionnaire Special Processes In this section you can indicate the special process type and its details. By placing a flag to a special process you can specify the details through the appropriate MultiValue 20

21 Self-nomination questionnaire Legal and Economical Doc(1/2) For Italian companies you have to provide a series of documents to be attached using the special button Add Attach. Only for Italian companies is required to enter the following documents: Certificate of registration Criminal Records office Bankruptcy Certificate Copy of Vat registration register Antimafia certificate Certificate of pending proceedings 21
