3 Click Sign Up Once you click Sign Up you will be redirected to the User Registration Page. 3

User Registration Page Fill out the required information: First Name Last Name Email Address Username (Email ID is preferred)

4 User Registration Page Fill out the required information: First Name Last Name Address Username ( ID is preferred) Password Password Challenge Question Security Challenge Question Read & agree to the GE Terms & Condition. Once complete, click Next 4

5 Application Selection Select the application(s) you would like to request access for. You may select multiple applications. Each application you select will highlight when clicked. This will also enable the Next button at the bottom of the screen that leads to the final page of the registration process. 5

6 Click Next to Proceed Once the application(s) you require are chosen, click Next to proceed. 6

7 User Profile Information Fill out the remaining Profile information, and any additional application questions required. Company Name Phone and extension Country Country of citizenship Job title GE contact Time Zone Additional Security Questions Applicatioin Specific Questions (as required) 7

8 Application Specific Information Some applications require additional information. This is to help the user setup process within the applications. All required application specific questions are noted beneath the name of the application. 8

11 Confirmation Application Access You will receive an automated that confirms your username and the applications you requested access to from the SSO Registration Team. This is purely informational. The next communication you will receive will be from the application team for the application(s) you requested access for. 11

13 Click Sign In Once you click Sign In you will be redirected to the login page. 13

14 Login In Enter User Name and Password created during registration 14

15 Change Password The first time you log in, you will prompted to change your password. This is a security feature to protect your ID and your personal information. 15

16 Password Change Confirmation Once you change your password, click here to log in. 16

17 Login In Enter your User Name and your updated Password. 17
