3 Guide Page 3 / 20 General A change to the registration portal (CH-Login) obliges ALL users (new users and those already registered before ) to follow a specific registration procedure. This document presents the various stages to be completed in order to register a user account which allows access to the OFCOM-Online platform. Explanation of symbols Symbol Description Action should not be carried out Action should be carried out. Please follow the instructions in this document step by step. Note and/or observation which requires special attention The screenshot illustrates the information and allows visualisation of the actions which should be made.

7 Guide Page 7 / 20 2 User administration Do not complete the User ID or and Password fields at this stage. Select "Register user"

8 Guide Page 8 / 20 3 Initialisation of registration If you registered BEFORE , please enter the address which you used as an identifier (ID). Your new account will automatically contain the products linked to your "old" account. Enter the generated captcha code Enter a valid address Select Next

9 Guide Page 9 / 20 4 Validation of the address A validation code is sent to the address which you chose as an identifier. Enter the validation code received by on the registration page Select Next

10 Guide Page 10 / 20 5 Dual validation with mobile number This stage is optional. If you do not want dual validation with a mobile telephone number you can go directly to point 7 by selecting: Otherwise: Example of international format (no + sign instead of 00) If you have a Swiss number, you can also simply use the national format, e.g ) To enable dual identification with enhanced security, enter your mobile number using the international format Select Next

11 Guide Page 11 / 20 6 Validation of mobile number Please enter the code received via SMS in the "validation code" field. Enter the validation code received on your mobile Select Next 7 Registration of user name and acceptance of terms Do not complete the "User ID", "Organisation" and "Notes" fields Enter your last name and first name Check the box to accept the terms of use Confirm by clicking on "Next"

12 Guide Page 12 / 20 8 Register a password Do not forget to memorise your password, you will need it later in the registration process. Choose a password in accordance with the required criteria Select Next

13 Guide Page 13 / 20 9 Confirmation of user registration Note: the process is not complete. You must continue by clicking on "Next". Select Next Additional information Please memorise your user ID CHXXXXXXX generated by the system which has also been sent to your address. You will be able to use it in step 14.

15 Guide Page 15 / User information to request access Do not complete any of the fields on this screen. If you accept the terms of use, check the box Confirm by clicking on "Next"

16 Guide Page 16 / Confirmation of your access request You have now registered your user ID. The procedure continues with access to the OFCOM-Online application Select "Back to application" 13 Log in to the OFCOM-Online application Ignore the message telling you that you have been logged out and continue the process Select "New login"

17 Guide Page 17 / Identifying yourself with your user data Select "CH - Login" Select "Continue to Sign in" Indicate your user ID (see point 9) or your ID/ address Enter your password Select "Submit"

18 Guide Page 18 / 20 Note: if you have not activated two-stage validation (with mobile telephone number (see points 5 and 6), go to point 16, If you have activated two-stage validation, the system has sent you an authentication code to your mobile telephone, continue to point Authentication with mtan (Mobile TAN) code Enter the code received on your mobile telephone Select "Next"

19 Guide Page 19 / Access to the OFCOM-Online application You are now redirected to the OFCOM-Online application The final stage requires you to register your data according to your legal status. Select the legal status of yourself / your company OR Click on the Finalise migration of my account" button. It appears instead of the two buttons on the screen below if you have used the same address as an identifier in your old and new account. Please complete the accessible fields displayed in the following screens. Some fields on the following screens are greyed out and you cannot change them? The data which appears in these fields has been taken over from the old system because you already had an OFCOM Online account before and because you have used the same address as a new identifier. You will be able to change the data once you have completed the identification process. It will then suffice to log in to your account and select My account/my personal data.
