2 1.1 Start page Please select the option «New registration». Please note: New registration is only necessary if you do not have a CH LOGIN account yet. Your CH LOGIN account is not linked to any specific application and can therefore be used to log in to various applications offered by the Federal Administration. 1.2 Entering registration information Please fill in all fields and make sure that your password meets the criteria. Remember to read and accept the terms & conditions. Then click on «Continue». Please note: Your eiam is a personal account. Please do not use group addresses such as info@example.com. You can change the recruiting address used for job vacancies in Job Room at any time. 2/12

3 1.3 Captcha Please note: For security reasons, we have implemented an invisible captcha, which works behind the scenes to prevent bot attacks and to ensure a smooth user experience. In rare cases, a window with captcha opens, which you must then complete. If you are not asked to complete a captcha, continue on to Section 1.4. If a captcha box appears, click on the images that fulfill the requirements. Then click on «Verify» to confirm containing code A code will be sent to the provided address. 3/12

4 1.5 Enter registration code Please enter the registration code in the appropriate field. Then click on «Continue». You have now created your personal account login. The following screen will appear. Click on «Continue». Please note: You have not yet completed the registration process. 4/12

5 1.6 Security questions Security questions are required as part of the advanced registration process, which allows the recovery of your eiam account should it become necessary. It also ensures that you can change your second authentication factor at any time. Please select a security question and answer it. Click on «Next». 5/12

6 1.7 Entering your telephone number Enter your telephone number including the country code. You may use a landline number. Please note that, if you enter a landline number, the SMS will be converted into a voic by your provider. The code will be read to you when you listen to this voic . Landline numbers should only be used if no mobile number is available. Then click on «Next». 1.8 First authentication code Enter the code sent by SMS to the telephone number provided. Then click on «Next». 6/12

7 1.9 Second authentication code Please note: For security reasons, a second authentication code is required. It will also be sent to you by SMS. Enter the second code sent by SMS to the telephone number provided. Then click on «Continue». Important: You have now completed the registration process for your CH LOGIN account. However, you are not yet able to access Job Room. Please follow the instructions below. 7/12

8 2 Job-Room Registration 2.1 Selecting type of usage The window depicted below will appear in Job Room. Please select «I would like to use work.swiss as an employer». The terms & conditions, which you are asked to accept, apply to the Job Room application. After you have read the terms and conditions, tick the box next to «I agree to the terms and conditions». Then click on «Next». 8/12

9 2.2 Identification Enter your company identification number (UID) and then click on «Search». You can find the UID using the following link: Check the company address in the field below. Then click on the button «Request activation code by post». 9/12

10 When you click the button «Request activation code by post», the text changes to «Activation code requested» and the background changes to green. You will now receive a letter by mail sent to the selected address. Now you can close all the windows and when you receive the letter you can continue with the registration procedure. 10/12

11 After receiving the letter, go back to Job Room and click «Login Registration». Enter your address and password and click on «Continue». Enter the code you received by SMS in the field provided and then click on «Continue». 11/12

12 Enter the activation code that you received by mail and then click on «Next». Congratulations, you have now logged on to the Job Room and you will see your personal cockpit, from where you can now use all available functions. 12/12
