2 What is Orange Business Care Business Care is tool to help business customers to manage easily their fleet numbers. Reporting Credit allocation List of company B2B lines and category. Total monthly cost of the company s B2B line. Monthly cost per B2B line. Monthly usage per B2B line (Voice, SMS and Data) Company administrator can assign credit to the members of their fleet. Manage Services & Tariff Plan View Bill Block B2B line Activate & Deactivate additional services (Roaming, Data, International etc.) Ability to change a Tariff plane Company can view and download the actual bill been issued by the affiliate.

10 How to create additional users for My Company Access My Company tab >> users tab is to: 1. To create additional administrators to access the tool. 2. To create additional fleet managers to access the tool. At the beginning one Administrator is displayed: User name created by Orange team when subscribing to service.
11 What is the difference between Administrator & Fleet Manager user. Administrator user is able to: 1. Create a new administrator 2. Create a new fleet manager. 3. Create departments. 4. Create profiles 5. Assign fleet managers to their departments. 6. Assign lines to their departments. 7. View History & Bill. fleet manager user is able to : 1. View and manage the lines that are included in the department. 2. Cant view My Company tab.

13 How to view My Company information Access My Company tab >> Information tab is to: 1. View the company address. 2. View Orange contact details. Contact us : contain the contact person from Orange. Informations contain the company contact details stored in orange (Address, Phone number and website).
14 How to create departments for My Company Access My Company tab >> departments tab: It is to create departments within the company incase it is needed to allocate lines in different departments. To create a new department: 1. Write department name. 2. Assign a fleet manager 3. Click Add 4. New department will be displayed in the table.
15 How to create Profiles for My Company Access My Company tab >> Profiles tab: It is to create profiles within the company incase it is needed to group lines based on a specific profile. To create a new profile: 1. Write profile name. 2. Click Add. 3. New profile will be displayed in the table.
16 How to view the History of My Company Access My Company tab >> history tab: To view all actions done on the interface by Orange and by company users. History information will include: 1. Date of the action done. 2. Description of the action done. 3. The user name who did the action.
17 Orange Business Care Company Statistics
18 What is the cost displayed in (Dashboard) 1. Business Care Home page is the Dashboard tab. 2. Dashboard : View the total cost of the company regarding the fleet mobile lines: Postpaid (Plan/Out plan/options) : (monthly cost + cost of Extra usage + cost of the added services). Precorp (Plan/Topup/Options) : (monthly cost + credit transferred from company account + cost of the added services). T.E : Cost is excluding tax.
19 What is displayed in Orange Business Care (Dashboard Top 10) 1. Business Care Home page is the Dashboard tab. 2. Top 10 : View the mobile lines with the highest cost for the previous month. Cost: The displayed cost is for the previous month. T.E : Cost is excluding tax.
20 Can I view the Bill of My Company Access My Company tab >> Bill tab: To view all the company bills. The bill downloaded is the actual invoice been sent by Orange to the company. The basic format for displaying bills is PDF or Zip file.
21 Orange Business Care Manage Fleet Lines
22 How to view fleet lines in Orange Business Care (Manage Lines) Business Care page to view and manage fleet lines is manage lines tab. Search Box to search for a particular number or name. Search Box View all fleet lines: Phone Number. Last name & First name. Profile & Department. Offer type. The cost of the previous month Cost.
23 How to access a fleet line to view it s details. Click on any line displayed in manage lines tab or from the Top 10. Click on the number
24 How to request to change a fleet line details. 1. Select a line. 2. Click on Actions button. 3. Select Update line details button. 4. Fill the new details and click Update 1. An will be sent to the back office. 2. Once it is updated from Orange side the new details will replace the previous line details.
25 How to add a lines to a department / profile As a company administrator: You create fleet Managers Click on User types section You create departments and You assign the fleet manager the department. Click on Company information section You create Profile. Click on Company information section Assign fleet lines to a department / profile: Select lines. Click on Actions button. Select Update department/profile button. Select the department or profile and click Update.
26 How to block a lines How to block fleet lines: Select lines. Click on Actions button. Select Block line button. Click Yes button. is sent to Orange to block the line. How to know lf the line was blocked? Near the selected line you will have status blocked. View history section. Click on history section
27 Orange Business Care Fleet Lines Statistics
28 What is the cost displayed per a fleet line (Postpaid) Select a fleet line with Postpaid offer. View the detailed cost for a postpaid line. T.E means the cost is excluding tax. Monthly Fee: the line s monthly subscription cost. Extra Usage: the extra cost that need to be paid after finishing the monthly plan. Value added services: the cost that need to be paid for activating different services on the line
29 What is the cost displayed per a fleet line (Precorp) Select a fleet line with Precorp offer. View the detailed cost for a precorp line. T.E means the cost is excluding tax. Monthly Fee: the line s monthly subscription cost. Allocated Credit: the amount of credit been transferred by the company to line main balance Value added services: the cost that need to be paid for activating different services on the line Line Balance (Precorp) Box: It displays the current balance available in the Line Main Balance and line Business Balance.
30 How to display the usage for a line (Voice) Select a line and click on Voice. Voice: Display the voice minutes consumed by the line in minutes and seconds. Usage Type can be filtered as below: CUG Off-Net On-Net International Roaming
31 How to display the usage for a line (SMS) Select a line and click on SMS. SMS: Display the number of SMS sent by the line. Usage Type can be filtered as below: CUG Off-Net On-Net International Roaming
32 How to display the usage for a line (Data) Select a line and click on Data. Data: Display the amount of Data been consumed by the line in Gb and Mb. Usage Type can be filtered as below: Local Roaming
33 Orange Business Care Activate & Deactivate Services
34 How to activate a service for a line 1. Select one or multiple lines. 2. Click on Change Service button. 3. Select the service you want to activate and click Activate. 4. Click Update.
35 How to deactivate a service for a line 1. Select one or multiple lines. 2. Click on Change Service button 3. Select the service you want to activate and click Deactive. 4. Click Update
36 How I will know that the service is changed 1. Check history section (Click on history section) and if the service status was: 1. True: It means service is activate. 2. False: It means service is Deactivate. 2. When the color of the button is orange then the service is changed: When service is Deactive: When service is Active:
37 Orange Business Care Change Offer
38 How to change new offer for a line 1. Select one or multiple lines. 2. Click on Change Offer button. 3. Select the offer you want and click Update. 4. An will be sent to Orange with the request. 5. Orange Team to contact you directly.
39 Orange Business Care Allocate Credit to a fleet line
40 How to allocate credit to a line 1. Select one or multiple precorp offer line. And click on Top Up button. 2. Specify the amount that you want to transfer it and click Allocate. 3. Credit is transferred directly to the selected line. 4. Company balance will change.
41 How to view your company credit balance Company credit balance is displayed in the Balance icon. After transferring credit to the select line (example 10 JD) the company credit balance is changed in the Balance icon. At any time you can check the history for the credit transfer by checking the History tab Click on history section
42 How to refill your company credit balance Please contact Orange customer care or visit the nearest shop to refill your balance. And Always you can click on How to Top up link as to know how to refill your balance.

44 How to Filter company information It is possible to filter the displayed information by: Department Profile Filter types: 1. View company total cost per department/s. 2. View company total cost per profile/s. 3. View company total cost per department & profile. 4. View Company lines per department/s. 5. View Company lines per profile/s. 6.
