1 MEMORANDUM May 13, 2016 TO: All GroomingTail s Groomers RE: Online Ordering Portal Do you need business cards? We have launched a brand new Online Ordering Portal! Our new ordering portal will allow you to sign on, easily place your business card order, and check out! From the day you order, you can expect to see your business cards at your Pet Valu store in three short weeks. Shipments will leave the printer on the 1 st and 15 th of each month to be delivered to the Pet Valu warehouse, so it would be wise to order prior to those dates if you need cards. Please review this memo for full details on the use of the portal. REGISTRATION To use the portal, please go to royercomm.com/petvalu.html and click the blue button that says Click here to register. This will bring you to your registration page. You will then see the Registration Page. Make sure you set your Internet Browser to accept cookies. You may then begin to fill out the Registration Form. Register with your personal , or the Gmail account you created to access Google Docs. You can create any password you want.
2 When choosing the User Group, there are three options: Corporate Groomer Store Please choose Groomer to access the proper business cards. You can then choose your Security Questions and Submit Registration. Click Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to enter the portal.
3 PROFILE Once you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you will see your Personal Profile. This has your username, password and security information, which you can change at anytime. Just click Save & Continue to continue to the ordering process. ORDERING You will now see the Catalog, and since currently, the only thing you can order is the Groomer Business Card, simply click on the image of the business cards.
4 You will now see the ordering page. To customize your card, click the Autofill Options button. With this button, you can search by your store number instead of having to enter your store information (see Inset 1.1). Once you choose your store number, it will prefill. Next, type in your name exactly as you would like it to appear on your business card. Now it s time to enter your phone number(s). There are 5 options: Store Tel If you choose to only feature your Pet Valu Store Telephone, choose Store Tel and it will prefill the proper phone number Store Tel/Mobile If you want BOTH your Pet Valu Store Number AND your own Mobile Phone, choose this. It will prefill the proper store number, and you can then enter your mobile number. Tel If you have a phone number that is NEITHER the Pet Valu store or a mobile number, choose Tel and you can type any number in. Tel/Mobile If you want to feature your Mobile number and another number that is NOT your Pet Valu store s number, choose Tel/Mobile Mobile If you only want to feature your cell phone number, choose Mobile and you can enter your cell phone number. Be sure to enter your number with NO SPACES OR DASHES, like Once you have prefilled and entered your Name and Phone Number(s), click the green Refresh button to view your proof. Inset 1.1
5 Your proof will then Refresh, showing you this page. You can click the stretch button to view the page larger and make sure that all of your information is correct. If your store was not listed, or if your store s information was incorrect, please contact Jen Muniz at jmuniz@petvalu.com. If everything looks correct, check the PDF Approved box at the bottom and click Add to Cart. You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart Page, where you can Checkout. Once you hit checkout, it will show you the Shipping Information for your Order Confirmation, which will be to the warehouse in every case. This cannot be changed. Just click Complete Order and you will be finished. You can print the final page for your records. A proof of your order will be sent to Jen Muniz, and she will approve or deny your order. You will receive an notification once she approves. You will be able to check the status of your order using the Order History link. The next time you visit the Online Ordering Portal, you will not have to register. Just simply sign in, go to your catalog and place your order
