10 Details of available Alerts can be viewed for reference. Choose an alert to view the description. You may also click on Subscribe and you will be asked to login to proceed with the subscription.

12 Q ANYWHERE Choose Q Anywhere Queue Anywhere will be opened via your mobile browser.

14 ENROLL OWN Click on the right side menu and choose Enroll Account Enter account number and assign account nickname Notification will be received.

15 ENROLL OTHER PSB ACCOUNT Go to 3 rd Party Accounts and choose the Other PSB Account tab. Choose Enroll Other PSB account from the spill over menu. Enter all required information and provide a One Time Password

16 ENROLL OTHER BANK Go to 3 rd Party Accounts and choose the Other Bank Account tab. Choose Enroll Other Bank account from the spill over menu. Provide all necessary information. A One Time Password will be required for this account.

17 ADD TELCO RELOAD RECIPIENT Go to 3 rd Party Accounts and choose the Mobile Reloads tab. Choose Enroll Mobile Number from the spill over menu. Enter all required information and provide a One Time Password

18 UN ENROLL ACCOUNT Click on the right side menu and choose Un-enroll Account Confirm request by entering password Notification will be received.

19 Click on the side menu and choose Edit Nickname Enter new nickname and submit request. Notification will be received.

20 UN ENROLL THIRD PARTY Choose 3 rd Party Accounts and choose from one of the three tabs. Choose any of the enrolled TPA/ mobile number. Choose Un-enroll Enter password to confirm un-enrollment of account/ mobile number.

21 EDIT NICKNAME OF THIRD PARTY Choose 3 rd Party Accounts and choose from one of the three tabs. Choose any of the enrolled TPA/ mobile number. Choose Edit Nickname Enter password to confirm change of account nickname

22 Choose Checkbook request from the account details Choose if with printed name, indicate the number of checkbook and enter password. A notification will be received

23 Choose View Check Image from the Account details Enter the check number and choose the side of check to be viewed Check image will be displayed

24 Choose Inquire Check Status from the Account Details Enter check number and submit Check status will be displayed

25 Choose Transaction History from the Account Details Transaction History of account will be displayed

26 Use the slide button of the lock/unlock to request for locking/ unlocking of card. A notification will be received

27 Use the slide button to request for blocking of card. Indicate the reason for blocking of the card and enter password. A notification will be received

28 Choose Request for SOA from the Account Details Indicate start and end date of requested SOA A notification will be received

Choose your source account; choose other PSB account and enter target account number, amount and date. You may also indicate the mobile number of the recipient of the transfer. A One Time Password is needed for this transaction.

32 FUND TRANSFER TO ENROLLED OTHER BANKS Choose your source account; choose enrolled other Bank. Password is needed to confirm this transaction. Fund Transfer request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu.

33 FUND TRANSFER TO UN-ENROLLED OTHER BANKS Choose your source account; choose other Bank. Choose personal or business beneficiary. Enter all required information. A One Time Password is needed for this transaction. Fund Transfer request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu.

34 Pay Bills request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu. To Pay Bills, choose your source account, biller to be paid, enter amount and choose payment schedule. Password is required to confirm payment. A notification will be displayed.

35 Pay Bills request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu. To Pay Bills, choose your source account, biller to be paid, enter amount and choose payment schedule. OTP is required to confirm payment. A notification will be displayed.

For Telco Reload, choose the type of reload (Cellphone or Broadband), source account and enrolled target Mobile Number. Password is required to confirm reload. A notification will be displayed.

37 TELCO RELOAD UNENROLLED NUMBER Telco Reload request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu. For Telco Reload, choose the type of reload (Cellphone or Broadband), source account, Telco Provider, Amount of Reload transfer schedule and enter target Mobile Number. A One Time Password is required to confirm reload. A notification will be displayed.

38 GCash request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu. Choose GCash transaction and enter amount. Enter GCash MPIN to confirm request. Notification will be received.

39 GCash request can be chosen from the Account Details or on the side menu. Choose GCash transaction and enter amount. Enter password to confirm request. Notification will be received.
