FAQs Overview The information below is related to the production release of Boeing Supply Chain Management Platform (SCMP). Shipments Q) If the Shipment Number is less than the maximum number of characters (for example 12345), is this what will be printed in the Shipping Labels or will the number be prefixed with additional '0' to make it the maximum number of characters, (e.g. " ")? A) The shipping label will not pad the shipment number if the shipment number is less than then maximum number of digits. It will simply display what comes in the data. Q) Why are the totals different between the 'My Workspace - Shipment Summary' window and the 'Order Management - Shipment Summary' page? A) The 'My Workspace - Shipment Summary' window displays the total count of shipments for Blanket, Discrete and Reverse Logistics POs; while the 'Order Management - Shipment Summary' page displays the total count of shipments for only Blanket and Discrete POs without the Reverse Logistics POs. Q) Does the 'Shipment Summary' page allow me to search for all shipments intended for a particular site? A) Yes, you can search on "Warehouse". Q) What is the default Quantity value for a line item when I am creating a shipment line? A) Zero. Q) When I create a shipment, there is a required field for the 'Carrier Company', with a long list from which to choose. What do I enter if my carrier is NOT on this list? A) Choose 'Other', then in the 'Carrier Company Other:' field, enter your carrier's name. Q) When I create a shipment, in the Shipment Header there is a 'Purpose' field with a pull down menu. Can you explain this field and its options? A) When supporting shipments via B2B actions, based on this field appropriate actions will happen. If you are creating your shipment within the user interface of SCMP, you can just select from the dropdown list. 2

Q) When I create a shipment, do I have to put in all three values for Departure date, Arrival date, and Shipping Days? A) No, only 2 of these need be entered. There is logic for Departure date, Arrival date, and Shipping Days calculation implemented into the solution. Occasionally the logic does not work when keypad tab is used to switch from one field to other, although the logic always works when the mouse is used. Q) Does SCMP handle 'Ship Short'? A) No, the Ship Short process is outside the scope of the SCMP solution. Q) Is there any significance to the shipment s Total Packages field, beyond just indicating how many packages are being shipped? A) Yes, this field determines how many labels to print. For example, set the number of packages field = 2 and create the shipment. Then click the print icon and view the "Boeing 2-up Shipping Label". You will notice the line "Boxes 1 of 2". Scroll down to the next set of labels and the line indicates "Boxes 2 of 2". Q) On the shipping label, what is the License Plate number information? What does that number correspond to, and how is that number generated? A) The License Plate Number (LPN) is a Boeing requirement and not generally used by suppliers/partners beyond just generating the bar code label. The LPN bar code is scanned at Boeing Receiving and the shipment value in the bar code is matched to the value in the previously sent shipment, which is tied to PO/Line#/Part#/Qty data in Boeing's internal ERPLN system. This allows for a streamlined and accurate receiving process at Boeing as opposed to reading the packing slip and manually entering data to match the shipment to the PO information. When created through the SCMP User Interface, the License Plate Number (LPN) on the shipping label is generated by using the logic below given the following sample values for the shipment: 1. Supplier DUNS Number = Shipment ID = A Total Number of Packages = 3 Then, the LPN shown in the SCMP User Interface would be UN A , representing the following: "UN" + "SupplierDuns" + "AsnId" + "TotalNumberOfPackages" When printing the Shipping Labels (a pair of labels for each package), the following will be the values for the License Plate Numbers: 1. LPN for the first Label set = UN A LPN for the second Label set = UN A LPN for the third Label set = UN A

However, if the shipment is created through the EDI feed, the License Plate Number may or may not be of the format "UN+SupplierDUNS+AsnId+TotalNumberOfPackages". Q) When I select lines to add to my Shipment, I get an error that says Shipments can be created only against Orders with the same Ship-to-Site. My problem is that all the lines say they are shipping to the same location. What fields do I need to look at to validate that the ship-to location is the same? A) When SCMP validates that all shipment lines are shipping to the same Ship-to-Site, the following fields are used: Ship-To Name Receipt Address Ship-To Address Ship-To Address 2 Ship-To Address 3 Ship-To Address 4 Ship-To City Warehouse Ship-To Region Ship-To Postal Code Ship-To Country B2B Q) During installation of the B2B Client, I forgot to request alerts when errors occur in processing an outbound document, or a document expiring its TTL. Can I do that now or do I have to reinstall the B2B Client? A) If not configured during install time, the following steps need to be followed to configure an already installed instance: 1. Go to <installroot>/conf 2. Edit the file: b2bappliancedefs.xml 3. Locate the line "<handlerclass>com.e2open.b2ba.core. errorhandler</handlerclass>" 4. Add the following lines after that: o <arg name="smtphost" value=""/> o <arg name=" aliasid" value=""/> o <arg name=" subject" value=""/> o <arg name=" body" value=""/> 5. Save the changes 6. Restart the B2B Client Q) What is TTL? A) TTL is Time To Live. All files older than the TTL and not yet transferred to the Hub, will be moved to the <installroot>/production/errors directory. TTL is defined in <installroot>/lft/lftclient.properties file as "lft.transfer=xxxx". The TTL default is 1440 minutes, which is 1 day. The minimum value is 5. The TTL default value can be changed and the B2B Client restarted. 4

Q) When I receive a zip file over the B2B Client, it has a.txt extension instead of.zip. Is there somewhere in the profile where I specify the extension for outbound files? A) Yes, you can update the field in your Trading Partner profile, <FilenameExtension>.txt</FilenameExtension>. On your system look for: /e2open/app/e2na/ebl/<companyname>/solution/onboarding/profiles/site/<companyname>/common/<co mpanyname>.xml Download / Upload Q) Rather than download Collab data, can't I just use the 'Export' icon on the MCV page? A) Yes, if you don't intend to make changes and upload the changes. Also, Export will create a tab-delimited text file of only the Collabs showing on the MCV page, which limits it to no more than five Collabs. If you plan to change and upload the data, and/or need more than five Collabs, you should use the Download Files menu rather than Export. Q) I downloaded a month's worth of data and worked offline. After I uploaded the revised data, the months worth of revised data was there but all the next three months worth of data was missing. Why? A) When you download your data, if you use a date range less than the entire data measure horizon, when you upload your data anything beyond the date range will be purged. You should always download the full date range of existing data if you plan to work offline and then upload your changes. Q) I tried to upload a file containing a brand new item, but it failed. Why? A) Data can be uploaded into SCMP only if Material Master information for the new item is loaded prior to your upload attempt. Q) In what instance will new loaded data overwrite or aggregate to existing values on a particular Collab? A) The system will always overwrite existing values. Q) For an upload, if the data for the data measures varies from that on the PO, will the upload fail? For example, 'St.' versus 'Street', or 'ea.' versus 'each'. A) There is no text comparison performed between the data you enter and the data on the PO. Q) I uploaded a file, but it failed with the error message: Insufficient Role Permissibility. What do I need to do? A) The Role you were using for this upload doesn't grant you the needed permissibility. You either need to change your role or contact your Business Process person to request the appropriate role for you. 5

Q) I uploaded a file, but received the error message: Invalid DM Type Count. What do I need to do? A) If you upload a Planning Schedule with a Date that has no quantity value for that PIT, you will get that error message; however, the remaining valid PIT data will successfully get added. Alerts Q) Will I get alerts for items that I can't access? A) No. alerts are driven off of role permissibility. If a user has access to the collaboration and an event happens that generates an alert, they will get an alert. Users will not get alerts for items they do not have access to. Furthermore, for several of the alert types there will only be one sent for several different events when they fall within a certain time horizon. Q) How frequently are the alerts sent; for example, "N" times/day/user/type of alert? Or are these alerts sent every time the selected "event" occurs? A) It varies depending on the site and the type of alert. If you have concerns about the frequency, please contact your Business Process Owner. Q) Does the system automatically send alerts for certain operations? A) Yes, but you must subscribe to receive these alerts under 'My Profile' > 'User Preferences'. Q) Can I subscribe for an alert if a B2B transaction fails? A) No. History Q) Is there a process to delete an item out of the system? If so, how? A) Not via the User Interface. This is done via B2B or Spreadsheet uploads. Q) How long will the data be kept in SCMP? A) SCMP keeps only the latest actual version and the previous version. 6

Q) What is the difference between "Planning Schedule Qty-Previous" and "Planning Schedule Qty History"? A) "Planning Schedule Qty-Previous" on the MCV page shows the Planning Schedule Qty that was in effect prior to the new Planning Schedule Qty being updated. "Planning Schedule Qty History" shows a record of what was changed, the old and new values, plus who made the change. Note: If you see that a change was made by "broker_admin_user1", this means the change came from a server. Internet Explorer Q) I logged in for the first time and changed my temporary password to a new one, but now when I try to use my new password it keeps telling me I made an invalid entry. Why? A) Many people have a browser option turned on that saves their username and password whenever they log into some web page. A problem occurs with first time users. You log in with your User ID and temporary password, and the browser saves this temporary password. But of course, the system immediately redirects you to change the password to something you can remember. Unfortunately, the browser doesn't understand this. So the second time you try to log in and enter your User ID, the browser automatically fills in the password box with the now useless but saved temporary password. The result is that you get a message that you entered invalid information. The solution is to not rely on the auto-saved password the second time, and instead, type in your new password so that your new password will get saved. Inventory Q) When a Consuming Partner reports Inventory Status, are they reporting standalone items only or do they include items that are incorporated into a sub-assembly? A) Once the item is "consumed" into the sub-assembly within the build process, then it is in the work in progress (WIP) state and it should be taken out of the available/blocked inventory. Boeing doesn't want to see it as available if it's already incorporated into a sub-assembly. Limits Value Description Tab 3 During the creation of a shipment via the user interface, the user is prevented from entering tab characters in any of the text input fields Maximum number of tries to correctly enter your log in and password, after which your account will be locked for 15 minutes 5 Maximum number of Collabs displayed per Multi Collab View page 10 Maximum number of characters in an Shipment Number 10 Maximum number of minutes until a download will time out and fail because the search filter was too general 24 Maximum number of characters in Tier N, Providing Partner Site Code 25 Maximum number of items displayed per page. 30 Maximum number of minutes until you are automatically logged off for inactivity 7

32 Maximum number of characters in Search/Filter name 36 Maximum number of characters in MPID 50 Maximum number of lines per shipment Upon request Exostar development can bump this to Maximum number of characters in Warehouse ID 100 Maximum number of lines per Purchase Order for loading into Adobe PDF for Printing 4000 Maximum number of characters in shipment Serial Numbers field where the Partner can enter serial numbers of 25 characters separated by commas 4000 Maximum number of characters in any text field that does not have a lower limit 5000 Maximum number of items found before Search will require you to define more specific search criteria Material Master Q) How can Material Master data be updated in SCMP? Is there a way to upload a Material Master spreadsheet? A) Certain Roles have the capability to update specific Material Master data fields. Q) Where do I send the Material Master Spreadsheets files to upload into SCMP? A) Send to Exostar Customer Support. MCV Page Q) On the Multi-Collab View page, can I set the data measures that I want to view to always be the same anytime that I view Collabs? A) Yes. If you click the Save as Default button in the Select Data Measures window, your data measures selection will be used as the initial settings for the next login of the same User ID+Role combination, just as with any other user preference. This customization does not extend across all roles or all users. Q) When does the MCV page reflect the Shipped Quantity and perform the calculations? A) For Shipped Quantity, when a shipment is in the "Sent" state, the data will be shown on the "Estimated Arrival Date", rather than the Shipment Creation date or Shipping date. Q) What is the difference between a 'Collab Attribute' and a 'PIT Attribute'? 8

A) Items identified as "Collab Attribute" are attributes related to a Collab that are irrespective of time; for example, Buyer or Partner address data like Number, Street, City, etc. Items identified as "PIT Attributes" are attributes related to a Collab that can change depending on time; for example, delivered quantity, past due quantity, MRP requirements, etc. Q) If the MCV has several pages of Collabs, why is it that when I use the Show/Hide Table Columns button to expand my view of columns on the first page, that subsequent pages do not retain that same setting? A) The display of each page is independent of all the others, and will retain whatever setting was made for each page. Planning Schedule Q) The Planning Schedule on the MCV page displays 18 months worth of time buckets. Can I restrict my view to something less? A) Yes, you can set user preferences for a range of days based on the current date. For details, see the Help presentation, Introduction -> Personalization. Q) How are Planning Schedules versioned? A) Standard planning schedules are versioned using the run date and time and will be associated at the site level attributes as the schedules are published at the Consuming Partner site level. Q) How do I know when the Planning Schedule was last changed? A) If you are on the MCV page, choose Details > Collab Attribute, and the display of the 'Last Modified Date' is shown in the pop up window. Alternatively, you can turn on the display of the 'Last Modified Date' under My Profile > User Preferences, so that it shows up in a column on the MCV page. Q) If I use the 'Rollover Selected Collabs' button, what date range in the Planning Schedule is affected? A) The entire date range, past, current, and future PITs. Q) Can a Buyer change a Planning Schedule from say 100 to 0, and expect an acknowledgment from the Supplier because it was a change? A) Yes. A Buyer could send a "0" value and Suppliers have to respond with "0"; otherwise, SCMP shows as a no response exception. 9

Q) While the Planning Schedule only displays 18 months worth of time buckets, I am able to upload data further out than that. However, when I want to delete some of those future dates, the system won't seem to let me. How can I correct this? A) In a file upload, 0 can be used to zero out information that is out beyond the 18 month range. Q) Where can suppliers enter comments when they are responding to a Planning Schedule? A) The supplier can click on the 'Planning Schedule Response Qty' data measure and enter the response quantity along with a comment in the 'Response Notes' field. Q) I entered my Planning Schedule quantities in the MCV page across the time horizon, then I clicked the Planning Schedule Qty data measure to open the PIT Info window in order to enter the 'Mfg Line #', but the field is not editable. How do I enter the 'Mfg Line #' into the Planning Schedule? A) The 'Mfg Line #' can only be entered through a Planning Schedule upload or at the initial creation of the Planning Schedule qty and date through the Planning Schedule Qty data measure. To correct the situation, the user will need to download the Planning Schedule and enter the 'Mfg Line #' in the template, then process an upload; or Rollover the collabs and re-enter the Planning Schedule through the Planning Schedule Qty data measure. Q) As a Providing Partner I entered a 'Planning Schedule Response Qty' of 3 for June 25. Because of a problem, we cannot commit until July 30. Today is July 1 and the system won't let me delete the June 25 requirement and reschedule to July 30. How can I correct this? A) The system will not let you alter historical Planning Schedule data via the user interface. You can make the changes using download and upload. 1. Download the Planning Schedule Response 2. Open the downloaded Planning Schedule Response file with Microsoft Excel 3. Locate the Supplier Response Date 'June 25' 4. In the adjacent Supplier Response Qty column, change 3 to 0 5. In the adjacent Reason Code column, enter 'X-Other - commit to July 30' 6. Copy and Paste the row to create a duplicate 7. Edit the Supplier Response Date to be 'July 30' 8. In the adjacent Supplier Response Qty column, change 0 to 3 9. In the adjacent Reason Code column, enter 'X-Other - previously June 25' 10. Save the Excel file 11. Upload the file Q) In regard to "Response Limit Date", what is this and how is it being used? A) The Consuming Partner establishes the Response Limit Date based on the last Planning Schedule Quantity that they entered. Response Limit Date is the date to which a Planning Schedule Response that is provided by the Providing Partner is evaluated for Plan Response Mismatch exceptions. Boeing has a planning horizon of 18 months. Consuming Partner provide Planning Schedule Quantity for up to 18 months. However, when a Planning Schedule Response is provided by the Providing Partner, if the response limit date is say 4/28/2010, then Response Mismatch is evaluated ONLY up to this date. This is because the Consuming Partner does not worry about the responses after this date because the Consuming 10

Partner's demand (PS Qty) itself might change after that date. Hence the Plan Response Mismatch is an unnecessary exception and creates noise in the exception management system. Purchase Order Q) Under Purchase Orders, is there a way to see both Blanket and Discrete POs at the same time? A) Yes, that is the default. Q) As a Supplier, I am looking at a PO in the 'Processing' State. If I make changes in the upper section AND make changes in the lower section, does it matter whether I click the 'Acknowledge with Exceptions' or 'Supplier Modify' button? A) Yes. 'Supplier Modify' is for capturing only the line level changes. 'Acknowledge with Exceptions' is for capturing only the header level changes. There is no button for capturing both the header level and the line level changes. Contact your Boeing buyer and ask her/him to make corrections and issue a Purchase Order Change. Q) As a Supplier, I didn't change any of the line data but clicked the 'Supplier Modify' button. Will that move the PO in the 'Acknowledge with Exceptions' state? A) Yes. Q) As a Supplier, if I choose 'Acknowledge with Exception', does the original PO get processed, or does that PO have to be cancelled and a second PO created? A) The PO will get processed. It does not need to be cancelled and recreated. Q) As a Supplier, I completed one line item in the PO, but there is another line item that I want to complete. I cannot act on the remaining line item because there is no 'Complete PO Line' button. Now what? A) As long as any line item is in a state that does not allow it to be completed, there will be no 'Complete PO Line' button displayed. You should use the 'State' drop-down menu and choose 'Accepted' or 'Processing', then click the 'Filter' button. Once the filter is applied, the 'Complete PO Line' button will appear. Q) As a Supplier, if I accidentally move a PO to the 'Completed' state, can I change it back? A) Yes, POs in a Completed state may be moved to the Accepted state. Q) Can a PO in the 'Acknowledge with Exceptions' state be moved to the 'Completed' state? 11

A) Yes, POs in the Acknowledged with Exceptions state may be moved to the Accepted or 'Completed' state. Q) As a Buyer, I am looking at a PO in the 'Acknowledge with Exceptions' state. Is there any way to easily tell what exceptions the Supplier entered? A) Yes. For 'Acknowledge with Exception' state, the normal practice is for Suppliers to enter the changes required in the 'Supplier Message' field. Q) As a Buyer, I am looking at a PO in the 'Rejected' state. Is there any way to easily tell why the Supplier rejected the PO? A) Yes. For Rejected' POs, the normal practice is for the Supplier to enter the reason for rejecting the PO in the 'Supplier Message' field of the PO header. Q) As a Supplier, I am looking at a PO in the 'New Change' state. Is there any way to easily tell what items were changed? A) No. Specific field changes are not flagged. However, for 'New Change' state, the normal practice is for the Buyer to notify the Supplier about what has changed by entering PO header and PO line notes. You may also look at the Item Change Type Code field to see a description of the change sent for the PO line. Q) If you create a Blanket PO when you meant to create a Discrete PO, can you change the PO type? A) No, you will have to cancel the existing Blanket PO and create a new Discrete PO. This is because the order type is being transmitted as part of the EDI transaction from within Boeing's ERP system, and this data field isn't maintainable after the purchase order is created. Q) After Boeing creates a PO and sends it to the Providing Partner, how does a Consuming Partner know about it so that she/he (the Consuming Partner) can create a Planning Schedule? A) There is a 'Missing Planning Schedule' exception that will flag items with no Planning Schedule. Q) Will a Purchase Order Change wipe out data in the original Purchase Order? A) The system treats PO changes as net changes. Therefore, if a POC is sent after a PO, the POC will update the existing PO only for PO lines and data fields where the new data is being sent. It will not wipe out the existing (unchanged) data in the PO, which will remain as it is. Q) How do I know what quantity is required by Boeing for a given PO? 12

A) The current solution receives the ordered quantity from Boeing for each PO line and displays this information in the Orig Req Qty field for each PO line in the SCMP system. Q) How does the system handle a POC backorder, after a partial shipment is received? A) The current solution receives the backorder with an updated quantity and changes the PO s Qty Ordered to the backorder quantity. (Note: This is also referred to as the balance to go.) Q) I received a POC that cancelled one line item in the PO, but there are several other line items that I have not yet responded to. My problem is that I cannot act on the remaining line items because there is no 'Accept' button. Now what? A) As long as any line item is in a state that does not allow it to be accepted, there will be no 'Accept' button displayed. You should use the 'State' drop-down menu and choose 'Processing', then click the 'Filter' button. Once the filter is applied, the 'Accept' button will appear. Q) In a Masked PO, what are the fields that the Consuming Partner cannot view, which Boeing and the Providing Partner can view? A) The following items: Carrier Description Contract Number Contract Position Header Notes Order Line Notes Ordered Amount - Dollar value Price Price UOM (Unit of Measure) Tax Exemption Text1 Tax Exemption Text2 Terms of Delivery Terms of Payment Q) I am a Boeing buyer (or Consuming Partner), who is talking on the phone with a Providing Partner. We are looking at the same PO. The Providing Partner says she/he has just acted on the PO that we are both viewing. How do I refresh my screen to see this? A) You can refresh the PO State by clicking the 'Filter' button. Receipts Q) Why do you recommend that I contact Boeing if I modify a receipt? A) When a Receipt from a Consuming Partner matches a shipment from a Providing Partner, Boeing starts the payment process. If you revise a receipt, you should notify Boeing because of constraints in the Boeing ERP system that controls the invoice process. 13

Reports Q) When a Supplier runs a report that I created, will the Supplier see exactly the same information that I do? A) Generally no. The Supplier will see the information that they are normally entitled to see in SCMP. As a Boeing person, your SCMP role most likely will allow you to see information from multiple suppliers; thus what you see will be more than what an individual Supplier can see, even though you both are running the same report. Returns Q) How do I know why an item is being returned? A) On the Return Shipment Manifest (RSM) list, there is a field for 'Emergent Process Document (EPD) #', and that document will explain why the item is being returned. Q) As a supplier I have created an RSM and moved it to Actual state in error. Is there a method to cancel this RSM? A) No. RSMs must be moved to the Actual state only after the items and quantity to be returned have been validated and confirmed. Once an RSM has been moved to the Actual state, the Consuming Partner may only Complete the RSM. Completed RSMs do not get sent to Boeing and they require no further action. Roles Q) Under My Profile, will an Admin see all the other roles? A) The Admin will see only roles assigned to her/him. Q) Why would someone have multiple roles? Why wouldn't they just have the highest-level role? A) There is no highest-level role. You might have view capability for multiple sites and a capability to change data measures for one site. You can do this only by switching roles. Roles are set up to allow quick and easy management of users. Different roles can have conflicting definitions so there is no way to programmatically or logically combine the capabilities of multiple different roles into one view. In addition, this is a performance issue. If a user has multiple roles and the system had to piece together the functionality from each role, it would dramatically slow down the system as it refined user functionality for each one of the thousands of users. Q) What functionality can the different roles perform? 14

A) These are defined in the 'Solution Overview' presentation in the Help menu. Q) How do users get additional roles assigned to them in SCMP? A) Boeing users can request additional roles through their internal account request process (CARATS). Suppliers can contact their Trading Partner Administrator (TPA). The TPA will validate that the role is needed and then submit the request to Exostar s Customer Service. Search Q) For Search, can I use "not equal to"? A) Yes, click the 'Advance Search' icon next to the appropriate search field. Q) Can I share a Search Filter? A) Yes, but only between people who have like Roles; e.g. Buyer to Buyer. Follow these steps: 1. From the Navigation menu, choose Multi-Collab Filter 2. Step through the process of setting up the filter 3. Click the Next button 4. In the header, click the Bookmark link 5. Set Criteria = Filter Selections 6. Set Date Range = Relative Date Range 7. Click the OK button 8. Enter bookmark Name and click the OK button 9. the bookmark or the bookmark URL to the person you want to share it with The person receiving the bookmark or URL does the following: 1. Click the bookmark or bookmark URL 2. In the Navigation Path immediately above the Multi-Collab View tab, click "Search" 3. Click the Save button 4. Give the Filter a Name, then click the Save As button 5. Click the Close button to close the Filter Criteria window Q) When I personalize the system by setting a filter criteria to be a My Workspace default, what does this cover? A) The filter applies to Collabs in the My Workspace Problem Summary sub-window as shown below, because these are only relevant to the Collabs. Exception - Missing Planning Schedule Exception - No Plan Response Exception - Plan Response Mismatch Exception - No Shipments for Plan Response 15

Exception - No Available Shipments for Plan Response Collabs are NOT required for a PO to be generated in SCMP. Applying a search filter on one area of the My Workspace page will not apply that same filter to other areas of the My Workspace page. Q) While searching for a specific PO, Shipment or Receipt, no results were returned. I know that the PO, Shipment or Receipt was in the system previously. Where did it go? A) The system archives data based on predefined criteria. Once the data is archived, it cannot be viewed through the user interface. Instead, it may be viewed using one of the history Reports created by Boeing. Support Q) Where can I get support for SCMP? A) Click on the yellow Contact Support button in the bottom left corner of any SCMP screen. You can also use the help files under the Help link in the top right corner of any SCMP page, or go to the My Exostar website for SCMP users at: Q) If users have specific system-related questions (for example, questions on the system back-end behavior and not user interface-related), whom should they contact? A) They should first contact their Boeing Super User or their Business Process Owner, who will escalate it further. Q) How can a transaction be monitored as it flows to and from SCMP? A) Super Users can access the Network Console which provides a complete overview of all transactions. Q) What happens if a transaction runs into error? A) There is error monitoring by Exostar s Customer Support. Q) What if some users have not received a User ID or password? A) For missing User ID's, users should contact Exostar s Customer Support ( User Interface 16

Q) Is there a way of setting pagination for more than 25 items per page? A) Yes, there is a drop down list at the bottom of the list pages where you can change the number or items shown per page. Q) Is there a way to jump to page "n" of a pagination set of multiple pages? A) Yes. In the bottom left corner of the screen, enter a page number and then click the Jump button. Q) What time zone is used? A) The solution time-zone for all User Interface and system displays is UTC (Universal Time Coordinated), which replaced Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on January 1, Here's a link that describes UTC: Q) Is there a user profile setting for time zone? A) No. Q) I changed the Home page to something other than the original. Can I now change it back? A) Yes, you can go back to the original splash screen page by changing your home page to Home. Q) Why don't the Navigation History Path names (bread crumbs) always match the menu items? A) They match when the Navigation Path is going through a Search work flow. This allows the user to change or refine a search without restarting from the beginning. For other workflows, bread crumbs were not used because starting the task from the beginning should be simple. Q) On the My Workspace page in the Problem Summary window, what are the columns for High, Medium and Low? A) Boeing primarily uses the High setting, and occasionally Medium and Low. These columns display the number of Collabs which do not comply with a set of pre-defined business rules. 'High' means a high risk problem for Boeing, and 'Low' means a low risk problem for Boeing. Q) Why are no Collabs displayed after I configured the Problems Summary portion of My Workspace? 17

A) After you configure the "My Workspace" page to include another problem (for example, for performance reasons), the problem counts are not recalculated. To refresh the numbers after updating your preferences, you should click the "My Workspace" Refresh button, or the "My Workspace" link in the navigation tree. Q) What do I do when I click in a date field to select a date and the calendar does not show up? A) It is possible that your pop-up blocker software is stopping this.
