4 4 4 1 Introduction LogiGate is the way forward with regards to booking Commercial Transport Vehicles to pick up the cargo from a location and dropping it to another location. LogiGate will provide cargo owners the facility to quickly search for transport companies, getting quotes from them for picking up and droping off cargo with ease and efficiency. Confirming/Booking the trip in a few clicks with our trusted partners. LogiGate will also provide real time tracking updates on your phone/ . 2 Registration with LogiGate All companies that wish to use LogiGate can register from the homepage to create a new user or login to their existing Dubai Trade Login ID and register for LogiGate. The entire registration service is online with NO requirements for registration approvals and/or registration payments. This manual provides details steps and procedures to use LogiGate eservice. NOTE: All user and company information available will be retrieved of the logged in user
5 5 5 3 How to use LogiGate? 1. Go to 2. Click on Login 3. Login to your existing Dubai Trade User ID
6 6 6 The below Login page will appear displaying the Dashboard 4. Click on eservices by Service Provider
7 Click on LogiGate under the service provider Dubai Trade 6. Click on Book a Truck The below screen will be displayed 7. Select and Enter all mandatory information for the booking and click Get a Quote
8 8 8 - To receive a quote all mandatory information having a Red Astrick should be entered. - Under Cargo type select if the cargo is Containerized or Non-Containerized(Disabled until further notice). - Under Trip type select if the trip is a Return Trip or just One-way. - Under Delivery Type select if it will be Live Loading or the Trailor will be Dropped. - Select the Pick up and Delivey location, You can also use a map to enter the location. - Select the Pick up and Delivery Date & Time, and you can select if your Dates are Flexible or Fixed. Enter the Quantity of Container(s), Select the Size(s) and Select the Weight Range of the Container(s) in MT. - You can also select any Additional Services if required such as Documentation, Weightment, Inspection, Genset, Helpers, Container Loader. If you are not already registered with LogiGate, at this point the Registration page will appear requesting you to update all mandatory user and company information. FOR NON REGISTERED CARGO OWNERS ACCESSING THE SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME, BELOW ONE TIME REGISTRATION FORM WILL APPEAR WHICH NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED NOTE: All user and company information available will be retrieved of the logged in user
9 Enter/Select all mandatory Trade License Information and upload the company trade license copy then click Submit The below screen will be displayed showing the Booking Details and Quote Details NOTE: Quote Details will appear as the transport companies update the Quote 9. Once the quote(s) appear, view details, Additional Charges and click on Book
10 10 10 The below screen will be displayed 10. Review and Complete the Booking Details 11. Select the Pick up and Delivery location from the map then click on Pay NOTE: * Your credit card will be charged only after a successful delivery is made. You will have X (72) hours to confirm proof of delivery submitted by this Transporter 12. Click Yes to proceed with payment, click No to go back to previous page
11 Complete payment using your Credit Card. 14. Once the Payment is successful, the booking can be viewed and monitored along with all details in the Dashboard 4 Dashboard Dashboard will provide easy access to the requests made by the user and also provide Graphs for reference(s) 4.1 Bookings 1. Click on Bookings
12 12 12 The below screen will be displayed Pending 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under Pending to view details, quotations and confirming the booking(s) 2. Available Action are: Amend Request, Map, Delete Request Confirmed 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under Confirmed to view details of confirmed booking(s)
13 Available Action are: Amend Request, Map, Delete Request Cancelled 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under Cancelled to view details of cancelled booking(s) 2. Available Action are: Map Active 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under Active to view details of active booking(s)
14 Available Action are: Map For Approval 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under For Approval to view details of active booking(s) and making further action on the booking 2. Available Action are: Rating, Map, Pay & Approve, On Hold Approval Acknowledged 1. Under Manage Bookings click on the Booking ID under Acknowledged to view details of completed booking(s) 2. Available Action are: Rating, Map
15 Trips 1. Click on Trips The below screen will be displayed Upcoming 1. Under View Trips click on the Booking ID under Upcoming to view details and confirmation of future booking(s)
16 Available Action are: Map, Delete Request IN-Transit 1. Under View Trips click on the Booking ID under IN-Transit to view details and confirmation of on going booking(s) 2. Available Action are: Live Tracking, Map, Cancel Job Completed 1. Under View Trips click on the Booking ID under Completed to view details of completed booking(s) 2. Available Action are: Live Tracking, Map
17 Invoices 1. Click on Invoices The below screen will be displayed On-Hold 1. Under View All Invoices click on the Booking ID under On-Hold to view details of booking(s) invoice on-hold 2. Available Action are: View Receipt
18 Settled 1. Under View All Invoices click on the Booking ID under Settled to view details of booking(s) invoice which are settled 2. Available Action are: View Receipt Refunds 1. Under View All Invoices click on the Booking ID under Refunds to view details of booking(s) invoice which are pending for refund 2. Available Action are: View Receipt 4.4 Notifications 1.
