2 Logging into AudaWatch 1. Go to au.shopbackroom.com in your Internet browser 2. Change the language to ENGLISH (AU) 3. Enter your address and password associated with your account. The Audatex Team will have provided you with this when you initially signed up for the AudaWatch service. 4. Ensure the Remember Me check box is ticked and click Login. You will then be presented with the ShopBackroom dashboard 1. Click on the UTILITY tab Adding a Vehicle 2. Click Add Vehicle 3. Add information for the vehicle. * Denotes a required field. 4. Ensure you enter the correct customer phone number as this is what the customer will be using to log into the customer portal to check the status of their vehicle.

3 Changing Vehicle Status (PC) 1. Click on the CLAIMS tab 2. All fields highlighted green (shown below) denote vehicle status stages. Click on the appropriate stage that the vehicle is currently in. 3. Click SAVE UPDATES down the bottom of the page. Please note: Changing the Vehicle stage will not update the customer via SMS or . The customer will only receive a notification when an image is uploaded using the iphone or Android AutoWatch application.

4 Uploading Photos (iphone/ipad) Download the AutoWatch Utility from the itunes App Store Search AutoWatch or click the link below: 1. Log into the App with your ShopBackroom credentials. 2. Select the customer you wish to update. 3. Tap the Camera button in the top right corner. 4. Take photos of the vehicle. We recommend 3-4 images per update Once you are happy with the photos, click Accept. If you are not happy click Re-Take. 5. You can then click on Uploads to check that the images have successfully uploaded After you have taken all your photos click Done. This will take you back to the customer screen. If the customer has setup their notification settings in the customer portal, they will recieve notification within 15 mins of the photos being uploaded.

5 Uploading Photos (Android) Download the AutoWatch Utility by clicking the link below: 1. Log into the App with your ShopBackroom credentials. 2. Select View Vehicles 3. Select the customer from the drop down menu at the top and click Upload Pictures & Upload Status. 4. Change the status of the vehicle if required and select Take Photos Once you are happy with the photo, click Use Photo. If you are not happy click Discard Photo. After you have taken all your photos click Done. This will take you back to the customer screen. If the customer has setup their notification settings in the customer portal, they will recieve notification within 15 mins of the photos being uploaded.

6 Adding Advisors & Technicians 1. Click on the SETTINGS tab. 2. Click on the ADVISORS tab.(this tab will display first automatically) 3. Fill in the appropriate fields. * Denotes a required field. Select the appropriate role and then click Add New Employee.

7 1. Click on the SETTINGS tab. 2. Click on the USERS tab. Adding ShopBackroom Users 3. Set them as admin users and ensure that send a welcome is checked and they will receive an notification letting them know of their log in details for your ShopBackroom.

8 Changing Process Time Limits The AudaWatch system allows shops to set limits on the amount of time that a vehicle stays in a certain stage of repairs. This can be changed within the settings. For example if a vehicle stays within a certain process for longer than the allowed time, it will send a notification through to the shop manager advising them that there has been no update on the vehicle. Follow the steps below to adjust the time limits. 1. Click on the SETTINGS tab. 2. Click on the TIME LIMITS tab. 3. Adjust the time limits for each process to your requirements and click Save Changes.
