4 First time users begin the registration process by clicking the Register link on the Supply Portal Overview page (

5 Click the IBM ID field and type your address. Do not use an IBM address.

6 Click the Password field and enter the password

7 Click the Verify password field

8 Re-enter password. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

9 Click the Security question field

10 Enter a security question. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

11 Click the Answer to security question field

12 Enter an answer to the security question. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

14 Enter address into the field. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

16 Click the dropdown in the Country/region of residence field

17 Type the first letter of the desired country to navigate quickly. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

18 Click to scroll down, as necessary to find your desired country/region of residence.

19 Select desired country. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only. In this example, we selected United States.

22 Click the dropdown in the Preferred language field

23 Click to scroll down to the desired language

24 Click to select desired language. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only. In this example, we selected English.

25 Click the dropdown in the Salutation field

26 Select the appropriate salutation. The data entered is an example for demonstration purposes only.

27 Click the First name field

31 Click to scroll down. You may enter any additional information you wish.

33 Click to deselect the by telephone check box. The selection here is an example for demonstration purposes only.

39 Supplier s CSA GCC continues the registration process by clicking the My Portal: My Functions link on the Supply Portal Overview page (

40 Click the New User App Enrollment link

41 Enter the user id of the person you wish to grant CSA access to in the ID to Register field. The userid (in an format) must already be registered by the user on the Supply Portal. *Note: Enter the user id EXACTLY the way the user registered it

42 Select Contractor Sourcing Application (CSA) from the Select Application field Click the Continue button

43 Select Regular user or Coordinator from the Desired portal role dropdown field Regular user will have all view and edit capability but cannot grant access to other users; Coordinator role can grant access to other users and will have the New User App enrollment option

44 Complete the required fields marked with a red asterisk Note: First name, last name, address and language preference must be exact same as data entered during first time user registration

45 Click the Continue button

46 Select the Navigation language, User Notes, and Supplier Numbers from each field

47 Click the Continue button

48 Review the information on the New User Enrollment Final Review page

49 Click the Submit button if the information is correct, or click the Back button in the browser to make changes

50 Confirmation screen is displayed A confirmation screen with the request number for the new user enrollment form will be displayed All requests will be processed in 1-2 business days If there is any mismatch with the data entered by the GCC and the data entered by the user, the request will be rejected and returned to the GCC If the information entered by the GCC and first time user match, a confirming will be sent advising that the new user enrollment has been completed Please contact the help desk at for any assistance on this process
