4 Your GIANTS MyAccount will be your main point of contact for dealing with most of your membership enquiries. Through this portal you can purchase or renew your membership for the season as well as managing your tickets. The online portal is also used to update your basic information on your account. Step 1. Visit membership.gwsgiants.com.au and you will see the below dialog box. Step 2. Enter your GIANTS Membership Number/Account ID followed by your password and then click continue. Note: If you do not have a membership number you can enter the that was used to set up your GIANTS account. (If you are trying to manage a family membership you will need to use your Membership Numbers as the system will not allow you to use an across multiple accounts.) Step 3. If you have forgotten your membership details, click the Forgot Your Password link and follow the prompts. If you still cannot access your Membership Account please contact the GIANTS Membership Team on

5 Using your Giants MyAccount you can update a number of items on your account. These topics include updating your postal address, address and your contact details. Follow the below steps to update your details through your Giants MyAccount. Step 1. Log in to your Giants MyAccount Using your Member ID and Password. Step 2. Click the edit my profile link on the navigation pane which can be found on the left of the website. Step 3. Select the topic from the list below that best suits your update and make the desired changes.

7 Step 4. Click the Print-at-Home button highlighted below. Step 5. Select the ticket you wish to print with the check box and then click the Print button in the top right of the page

8 Step 6. Once you have clicked the Print button, a review screen will appear detailing the seat information you have selected to print. Review the information and then click the Continue to print button. Note: If you have lost your tickets or if they may have been stolen, select the check box next to the Reprinting Tickets option. Step 7. The below screen will appear and you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions and then submit your request.

9 Step 8. Once you have submitted your request, the below confirmation page will appear and your ticket will begin to download as a PDF file. If the files do not download immediately, please click the print button highlighted below. This summary will also be ed to you. Note: The confirmation will not contain your ticket. 10 With 11 blockbuster games across Spotless Stadium and UNSW Canberra Oval, season 2018 is set to be bigger than ever before! While we would love to see all GIANTS members in the crowd, we do understand that members may have other commitments so we want to give you the option to return your seat for any match that you cannot attend and make sure we can turn Spotless Stadium and UNSW Canberra Oval orange! Members whose returned seats are sold will receive a credit (up to $20) towards their 2019 membership renewal. For more information including credit prices and terms and conditions of the seat resale option please visit membership.gwsgiants.com.au/terms-and-conditions. Note: The Giants MyAccount System refers to seat resales as Seat Returns. Please keep this in mind when following the steps below. Step 1. Log in to your Giants MyAccount Using your Member ID and Password. Step 2. Click the Manage My Tickets button highlighted below.

11 Step 3. Select the game you wish to return your seats for. Step 4. Click the Return button under the Select an action section of this page.

12 Step 5. Select the seat you are wishing to return indicated by the checkbox, then click the Return button in the top right corner of the page. Step 6. Once you have clicked Return, a review screen will appear detailing the seat information you would like to return. Click Continue to return.

13 Step 7. The below screen will appear and you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions and then submit your request. Step 8. Once you have clicked the SUBMIT button, the below confirmation page will appear and a confirmation summary will be automatically ed to you. Congratulations! You have now helped other GIANTS Supporters make it to the game and hopefully earned yourself some credit back!

14 (Interstate GIANTS only) Step 1. Head to membership.gwsgiants.com.au/interstate-ticketing, then select the link to reserve your seats for the GIANTS game in your home state. Step 2. Log in to your Giants MyAccount Using your Member ID and Password. Step 3. Select the amount of tickets you are entitled to and if you require any additional ones, then select the area you would like to sit in.

15 Step 4. Confirm the details of your seats in the dialog below and then click add to cart. Step 5. Select Free Postage in the delivery drop down and then click checkout.

16 Step 6. The below screen will appear and you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions and then submit your request. Step 7. You should then receive you order summary, double check your order is correct and wait for further instructions to be to you closer to the game. 17 Head to Ticketmaster and navigate to the event you wish to attend. Select the Goals General Admission and follow the prompts to complete your order. Complete you order and print your tickets before the game. Arrive at the game early to secure your seats together. Tickets will then be ed to you as a PDF which can be printed at home. Attend the chosen game with the tickets that have been printed at home.

19 If you have selected a membership package that includes game access, simply scan your membership card at the turnstiles at the games you are entitled to attend. If for any reason, your card does not work at the gate, please head to the GIANTS Membership Hub outside Gate D at Spotless Stadium or the West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval. For all match day enquiries, please head to the GIANTS Membership Hub located outside Gate D at Spotless Stadium or the West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval. If you have forgotten your card, please head to the GIANTS Membership Hub located outside Gate D. A team member will be able to reprint your ticket for access into the ground. Note: If you have lost your card and need it to be reprinted, additional charges may apply. Upon presentation of your current membership card, Ultimate Members, Sydney GIANTS and Members Reserve Members are welcome to visit the Members Bar, located near the members seating bays at Spotless Stadium. If you have successfully obtained guest passes and want to bring your guests into this area, please see a membership representative to organise a VIP wristband. Note: VIP wristbands are exclusive to successful guest pass holders only. Exclusive 2018 Members Merchandise will be available to purchase at all GIANTS Home Games, whilst stocks last. 20 Members who wish to renew their membership for the 2019 season, will be able to do so from October There are several ways you can renew your membership in 2019, members can sign up for one of our Easy Pay plans, complete the renewal form that will be mailed to you, renew your membership through your GIANTS MyAccount or contact the membership team to process your 2019 membership application. For more info, please contact the GIANTS Membership Team by calling us on or send your enquiry to We accept all VISA & Mastercard, Cheque, Money Orders and Cash on game days or GIANTS events. If signing up or renewing over the phone we only accept VISA & Mastercard payments. The GIANTS Monthly Easy Pay allows members to pay their membership in 10 equal monthly instalments. This option applies to all our membership categories and is at no extra cost. The payments are taken on the 14th of each month from your nominated credit card. The GIANTS Easy Pay Annual option allows members to set and forget your membership. Your total membership payment will automatically be deducted from your nominated credit card prior to each season. For all details regarding payment plans click here or contact one of our team members. Note: Outstanding payments for previous seasons must be paid in full before the current year membership application can be processed. Members are also able to opt out of the payment plans by notifying the GIANTS membership team before the first payment of the following season. Note: If you re wanting to change the credit card on your payment plan, you will need to contact the membership team as you cannot do this through you MyAccount. Members who default on two consecutive occasions will have their barcodes blocked, as a result this will affect your access to GIANTS home games. Once payment has been received the block will be lifted and you Member Card will continue to work as normal. Note: All membership payments need to be paid in full as of the 31 st July 2018 to be eligible for finals access should the GIANTS compete.

If your membership card has not arrived in time for a game, please contact GIANTS membership staff at or visit the GIANTS Membership Hub located outside Gate D at Spotless Stadium, or the West Gate at UNSW Canberra Oval at a GIANTS Home match. Note: Delivery of packs outside of Australia may take longer than the 2-3-week time frame. If your membership pack does not arrive within the suggested time frame above, please ensure we have you correct postal address. Instructions on how to do this can be found here. Once these details have been updated, please contact the GIANTS Membership team to organise for your pack to be re-sent.

22 The GIANTS will communicate information relating to Grand Final Ticketing to members once arrangements are finalised should we be participating in finals series. This information will be communicated via and on the GIANTS website. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their contact information is correct and that they have familiarised themselves with this information. Those members with Priority/Guaranteed Access (Ultimate Members) will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by the Club in order to access a ticket. Members who do not follow the procedure as outlined by the Club will forfeit their right to access a Grand Final ticket. All 2018 GIANTS members receive priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket, subject to the GIANTS competing. Priority One: Guaranteed access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket Priority Two: Priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket Priority Three: Priority access to purchase a 2017 Grand Final ticket The club receives a total allocation of 15,000 tickets to the Grand Final for members to purchase.
