2 When you arrive at Doyt Perry Stadium, the Stroh Center, or the BGSU Ice Arena, you may use any gate or entrance for admission. Upon arriving to the venue, present your mobile or paper ticket to the gate attendant. The attendant will scan the barcode on your smartphone or paper ticket

3 Through your My Falcon Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your My Falcons Account, you can: Renew and purchase tickets to your favorite BGSU sporting event View your ticket(s) on your mobile device Transfer your ticket(s) to a friend Print or reprint your ticket(s) to any home printer Managing your tickets through your My Falcon Account is extremely convenient, simple and secure and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. To log in to your My Falcon Account via a desktop computer, use your account ID or the primary address on your account. If you are logging in via mobile device, you must use the primary address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary one ed to you. 4 Visit bgsufalcons.com/myaccount on your smartphone s (iphone, Android, or Windows smartphone) web browser and log in to your My Falcon Account with the address associated with your account and password. Tap Sign In. Select and tap the event you would like to view the tickets for. Tap the select and action drop down menu and choose View Your Tickets. Select the seat(s) you would like to view and scroll down and tap the View Your Tickets button. Your ticket(s) are now displayed. To view additional tickets, swipe left.

Download the Ticketmaster App to your smartphone (iphone, Android, or Windows smartphone) Open the app and tap My Tickets at the bottom of the screen. Click on the Claim & Purchase BGSU Tickets link.

Click on the Claim & Purchase BGSU Tickets link. Find the event you would like to claim or purchase tickets for and click the continue box to the right of the event. Select the number of tickets you would like for the event and click the box find seats. If you are claiming your free season ticket you are only allowed to select 1 ticket.

6 Visit bgsufalcons.com/myaccount on your desktop web browser and log in to your My Falcon Account. Under Manage My Tickets, find the event you would like to print tickets for and click the box manage this event. Above the seat location(s), click the box Print-At-Home. Then select the seat(s) you would like to print. Once you have selected the seat(s) you would like to print or reprint, click on the box in the upper right corner print. On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. If you need to cancel the original barcodes and re-issue new barcodes (i.e. you lost a ticket and need a replacement), check the box next to Reprint tickets? Click Continue to print. STEP 6: Confirm all details, agree to terms of use and click the box submit. STEP 7: The print summary page will appear. Your tickets will automatically download as a PDF to either be printed immediately or save for later printing. Please note, when printing from the PDF file, each game will print on a separate page. Further, you will receive a confirmation that you have printed your tickets.

Visit bgsufalcons.com/myaccount on your desktop web browser and log in to your My Falcons Account Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. Click Transfer tickets on the top bar and then select the seats you want to transfer. The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional games or seats, or continue the process of transferring the selected seats by clicking transfer in the upper-right-hand corner. On the next page, a pop-up box will appear. Click Continue to transfer. STEP 6: Select a recipient by clicking the circle to the left of the recipient s name. Or, click Enter a New Contact to add a new recipient to your address book. STEP 7: Enter an optional message, choose an reminder and select whether to display the item price. Click next step STEP 8: Confirm all details, agree to the terms of use and click complete transfer. The recipient will receive an notifying him/her of the pending transfer. In order to accept the tickets, the recipient will need to log in to his/her existing My Falcons Account or create a new account with the same address to which the tickets were transferred. Once he/she logs in, there will be a note on the top of the home screen indicating that he/she has a pending offer. Ticket transfer/accept cuts off 2 hours prior to the event start time.

Select the checkbox in the upper left-hand corner of each ticket that you wish to transfer. Tap Transfer. Select a recipient from the drop-down menu or click New Contact to add a new recipient. STEP 6: Enter an optional message and take note of the offer expiration date and time. Tap Send. The recipient will receive an notifying him/her of the pending transfer. If you have ever purchased tickets from the BGSU Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary one ed to you. If you do not know your account ID or the address associated with your account or have additional questions, please contact the BGSU Ticket Office at or tickets@bgsu.edu. Can I reprint my own tickets? If you simply left your tickets at home, you may view your tickets on your mobile device or print them from your desktop computer to any printer. Use the Mobile Entry from BGSU Ticket Office or Print Tickets section of this guide to assist you. Please note, ticket printing cuts off 30 minuts prior to the event start time. I need to send my tickets to a friend. Can I send them a photocopy of my ticket? We do not permit photocopies, scans, or pictures of hard tickets or QR codes to be used to gain entry into any of our venues or events. Instead, please use the Transfer Tickets to a Guest section of this guide to assist you in properly transferring the tickets. I have viewed my mobile tickets on my smartphone; can I still use my hard tickets? Yes, your hard tickets are still valid. Mobile tickets are just another way to access your tickets.
