2 We are pleased to introduce the Virtual Venue technology platform, a visual and interactive website that will allow you to participate in our Buy & Relocation Processes online instead of over the phone or in person. This unique technology will provide you the ability to view, compare, and select the best available seat according to your preferences directly from your home computer. It will also allow you to view available seating any time after your appointment time slot until the end of your session. This online tool will be accessible via the Ticketmaster Account Manager. We encourage you take a few minutes to read through this instruction manual to familiarize yourself with the new process. If you need assistance using this interactive website, please contact us using the information below. Let s get started!

3 To login to your Account Manager, go to the link listed on the Team page and enter your account number OR address and password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link and it will be ed to the address saved on file with Account Manager IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.

4 To upgrade or relocate your seats, click the seat callout on the left IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.

5 Confirm the season tickets you would like to upgrade or relocate by checking the box next to each seat. Click Continue at the bottom when you re done IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.

6 Once you click continue, you will be taken to a real-time seat map via the Virtual Venue tool. The navigator tab is located to the left where you can choose between different aerial views. A seating legend is also present. GREEN sections indicate seats available while RED sections indicate no more availability. Hovering over the seating areas will activate a small window containing section information, including Section, Row, Price, and number of Seats Available in that section IOMEDIA, Inc. 7 A Zoom & Pan tool is provided above to zoom in and out of the current seat section. Clicking a seat will open up the necessary seat information as well as a complete 360 degree view. To look around, simply hold down the mouse over the view and drag. When you are ready to select seats, click Add to Cart and each selected seat will turn YELLOW. Please pay attention to the guidelines below for selecting and holding seats. If your selection doesn t follow the guidelines, the system will not allow you to select seats. 1. Every aisle seat must be purchased with at least one adjacent seat. 2. Your upgrade selections must be equal to the amount of tickets you have. 3. Single seats cannot be left. 4. 8 To confirm and hold your new seat(s) selection, click the checkout tab to your right and review your new seat information. Click the HOLD button when you re ready to proceed IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.

9 Review your seat(s) selection information and click NEXT to hold your seats. If you wish to adjust your selection, click on the X button IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.

10 You re almost done. Review your seat(s) selection information and click Continue. If applicable, you will be asked to provide payment and choose from available payment options (i.e. payment in full or an interest free payment plan). Go Nittany Lions! IOMEDIA, Inc. All right reserved.
