The launch of our e-commerce system is a significant step forward in our industry, and great news for our customer base. The addition of an online ordering and account administration system will provide our resellers with an increased level of flexibility, enabling them to spend a greater proportion of their time dedicated to their own customers, safe in the knowledge that Syndico will deliver our trademark service.

9 Shopping Lists: You can save items in your basket into a bespoke shopping list. You can save multiple lists for your ongoing quotes, then add them to your basket at a later date.

10 History: View your order history here. You can view the basic information from the order in the initial screen, view the full order details or reprint the order confirmation.

11 Setup: Here, you can administer your online account, for example change your password or add/edit existing users.

12 Import: If you know exactly which items you want, you can created a list in Excel, import it in CSV format and add the items straight into your basket.

The Syndico app is provided by SwiftCloud, so although account confirmation s are sent on behalf of Syndico but not directly from us, you may need to check your junk folder. When adding an item to your basket and clicking Yes to programming, you can enter details of your programming information and further information (i.e. a codeplug) to orders@syndico.net. How do I upgrade the delivery on my order? At the checkout stage, click edit delivery and date details. From here you can upgrade your delivery and change your delivery details. Who are SwiftCloud? SwiftCloud are the service provider for the Syndico app. We will be constantly working with SwiftCloud to develop the app for the best user experience I have a specific request for my order, where do I note this? When you add an item to your basket, there is a box titled Notes where you can add this information, for example Please supply with whip antennas How do I add a new user for my company? Under Setup, click on Invite User and enter your new user s details. They will receive an authentication (check their junk folder) with their username and password.
