1 THE PALMER AA REGISTRATION SITE HAS BEEN UPDATED STARTING WITH THE WINTER SPORTS SEASON OF Many things have changed from the old registration process, so it is very important that these instructions are followed. Please follow these steps when creating your new account and registering your children for basketball. STEP 1: Go to and choose [Player and Coach Registration] from the [Registration Info] section of the navigation menu. STEP 2: Click on [Registration] from thenavigation menu.

2 STEP 3: Choose [Basketball] from the [Registration] section of the navigation menu. STEP 4: On the next screen, Click on [Register Now] located underneath the Basketball Player Registration section on the right side. (If you are registering to be a coach, you can choose the Basketball Coach Registration option here)

3 STEP 5: If you have not already created a new account, you will be required to do so now. Choose [New Here? Create an Account] from below the login fields. STEP 6: On the next screen, Fill out all the required information to create a new account, and then click [Create my Stack Sports Account] located underneath the account information fields.

4 STEP 7: You will now be taken to the login window. Choose [Your new account login ] from the login field and input the password you chose when you created the account. STEP 8: On the next screen, you should see your account profile icon on the right side of the page. Click [Register Now] located in the left column to register you and your child s information.

5 STEP 9: Under the Players section, choose [Register Now] from the Basketball Player Registration field. STEP 10: On the next screen, you will need to fill out all required fields for the Parent/Guardian #1 section. If you would like to add another Parent/Guardian for the child and account, this is the section to do so. Once completed, click [Continue to Register Players] located below the Parent/Guardian sections at the bottom of the page.

6 STEP 11: You will be required to choose your child s age group, the birth years for each group is listed next to the U numbers. Choose [Correct U number] from list. Then choose [Continue to Player Information] located below the Age group list. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST register your child for their correct birth year age group. You CANNOT choose a different age group outside of their birth year, please do not misrepresent your child. We understand that many players Play up - If you feel your child should be playing at a different age level, PLEASE REGISTER THEM AT THE CORRECT AGE GROUP, then send an to basketball@palmeraa.org explaining which age group you would like your child moved to and the reasons you feel this should be done and the commissioners wil look into it.

7 STEP 12: On the next screen, you will need to fill out all required fields for the Player Information section. Once completed, click [Continue to Documents] located below the Player Information section at the bottom of the page. STEP 13: You will be taken to the Photo and ID Documents section where you can upload a picture of your player and a copy of their birth certificate. Select [Choose File] in the section you will be uploading the image for. Once completed, click [Continue to Waivers] located below this section.

8 STEPS 14-18: You be asked to agree to 5 different waivers. For each waiver, click the [I Acknowledge] checkbox, then choose [Next Waiver]

9 STEP 19: After the waivers are completed, you will be returned to the Pending Registration Page. You should see your player listed with the correct age group. Choose [Continue Rewgistration] below their name. STEP 20: You will be shown a Registration PAment Summary. Make sure information is correct and Click [Continue to Payment Method] located below the summary.

10 STEP 21: Fill in all required information for the payment method of your choice, and when completed, Choose [Confirm Registration]. STEP 22: At this point the Account Creation and Player Registration is complete. You will receive a confirmation to the address you supplied.
