1 Registration Instructions for AYSO Region Go to the Regional Website Click on the Register Now button in the top right hand corner of the site. 2. Compete the Create New Account" section on the login screen. Then Click Create Account. Please use an address that is functional. You will need this address in case you need to reset your password, or in case you forget your user name. In addition, this is the first address that will be used as a contact for you or your child. If you are already logged in, the Register Now button will display as My Account. Please note this is a NEW User Name and account. If you are a returning participant, your old eayso login will not work. You may or may not choose to use the same user name and password. That is your choice. Your old eayso account will be relegated over the upcoming months, as all functionality is transferred to our NEW registration system.

In particular, please use a valid cell phone number if you have one, as you will be given the option to receive text alerts at this phone number regarding game cancellations, weather notifications, etc. information will be sent to both the address you used in the last section, and any address provided as a secondary address. If you have a spouse or second parent, you may click on the Add Additional Account Holder at the bottom of the page, to enter additional information. This is recommended in particular if both parents want to receive information - texts and s - related to the child s AYSO Participation. You may also choose to add additional users at a later time. 4. Complete the Which Best Describes You popup window. If you are an adult registering a child to participate, choose the first option. You will still be given the option to register

as a volunteer later in the application. If you are a volunteer only, choose the second option. If you are registering only as an adult player, then choose the third option.

You will automatically see the Program Options available for you to sign up. Choose the +Register button for each program you are interested in registering for. You may go back and register for additional programs at any time, but many programs have late fees associated with them, and some programs have a participation limit, so the earlier you sign up, the better. 7. In some cases, your child may qualify for multiple divisions in the same program. For instance, you may be able to choose between the Playground, Schoolyard, and 6U

If you plan on participating in the Select Program, you should sign up for both Select Program Tryout and Primary Program. The system will allow you to sign up for Select Tryouts only, but you will not be extended an invitation to participate UNTIL you are also registered for the primary program. Currently, you may sign up for Primary, Select, Amana Indoor, and Victor Indoor Soccer. Additional programs for various tournaments and camps will open up during the season. 9. You will also need to select an "AYSO Uniform Size regardless of weather you will need to purchase a new uniform. The later questions regarding short size, jersey size, and uniform size may be required but are not used. The only one used is the AYSO Uniform Size question. In addition, you will need to select the Preferred

5 Practice Location. We currently have teams practicing at several locations including Amana, Williamsburg, Belle Plaine, Brooklyn, and Victor. Additional locations can be added if their is enough players at a particular age level to form a team. Finally, you will need to select on the option to purchase a jersey set. All players are required to have a jersey set, but they are reused year to year. If you have a jersey set from the previous season, select NO, if you choose YES you will be charged $30 for a new jersey set including shorts, two pair socks, and two soccer jerseys. 10.PLEASE NOTE: EACH PARTICIPANT WILL BE CHARGED AN ANNUAL AYSO NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $ THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE 11.Click on the Click Here to esign Form button. Do not select more than one volunteer position at this time. Additional volunteer roles can be added at a later time after registration is complete. Select the volunteer position you are interested in. Please if you are going to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach, or team parent in the primary program, select this option first in the appropriate division. If you do not wish to volunteer at this time, you may click next to the box indicating this near the bottom of the window. Click continue. * If you are not able to volunteer at this time, please skip to step #17 Please note we are a 100% volunteer organization, and our primary strength is the number of volunteers we have to pull from. Please consider volunteering in some capacity. Soccer knowledge is NOT required. Any and All training will be provided at no cost to you. 14.Complete the Additional Position Information section. Your ID information will not be stored, and is used only to complete a background check. Your reference information will be stored, and will be used to supplement your background check. Please enter your preferred practice location and Shirt Size, as some volunteer roles will be

7 issued uniforms or shirts. Click Continue when complete. Click on the Continue to Review button at the bottom of the screen 16.Review the information on the volunteer form, and click on the Submit Signed Volunteer Application button then click continue 17.The last screen is the checkout screen. a) Review your registration summary. You should see all division fees, national fees, uniform fees, and donations itemized on your screen. b) If you have a scholarship or coupon code, you may use it at this time. c) Enter payment information, and click Continue. d) Please note we are only accepting online payments. If you do not have access to a credit or debit card for payment, you may purchase a prepaid debit card at a local discount store. Please contact registrar@ayso1103.org with questions regarding this process.

8 e) Read the Terms and Conditions, and click next to the Agree box, and click continue. f) Submit your order by clicking on the Complete Order" button. g) You will see a registration order summary page. You will also receive a confirmation , detailing your registration. h) At this point, you have completed the registration process. You may click on the My Account button at the top right of the screen to print or view forms, or to sign up for additional programs. You may click on the Volunteer button to volunteer for additional roles. You may click on the Home button to go back to the regional website and leave the store, and click the My Account button when logged in to go back to the store again. 18.If you go back in to submit additional volunteer roles, a majority of the information should auto-fill with the exception of the waivers and electronic signature information. Please go back and sign up for additional volunteer roles at this time - for instance, if you are a board member, a referee, or are coaching in multiple divisions. You MUST sign up as a coach in every division you are volunteering in to be assigned to a team in that division. If

9 you have multiple children and are not sure which division you want to participate in, please sign up for both at this time. 19.If you wish to add an additional user to a particular account - for instance a second parent - you may do so now by clicking on the gear box icon at the top right of the store page, to bring up the primary parent information. Then click on the Add additional account holder button at the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to send an invitation to the additional participant, asking them to create a linked account, and allowing them to also volunteer, or register the child for additional programs, and receive information and texts regarding the child s participation.
