3 Step #1 Initial Account Registration Initial account registration is accomplished by Verifying/updating the account profile Selecting interests Adding family members Signing the registration waiver Next set of slides provide instructions for each item 3
4 My Profile Screen 1. Enter/verify primary member s info. You can change the primary first and last name if you want the other owner s information listed first on the account. For example, most accounts were created with the husband s name first. You can change that to the other spouse s name on this screen. 2. Bold and asterisk fields are required. 3. Primary address should be an checked regularly 4. A secondary will also receive communications about this account 5. Select and text reminders if you would like to receive them for your scheduled events (e.g., clubhouse rentals, tennis court rentals) 6. Keep this box checked so you will receive MSTC news and updates. 7. All account are for adults so leave the Parent/Guardian field blank Leave Blank 4
5 My Profile Screen (cont) 1. The Bond History section contains your member number (known as the bond number in the software) and the bond value. If the previous database had a date when the bond was purchased, that date was transferred other. Otherwise, it will have a recent date when the import occurred. 2. If you re a renter, no bond number will appear. 3. When you re finished updating the My Profile screen, click Continue/Update. 5
6 My Interests Screen 1. This screen allows you to select any interest items that you might want to receive information about. 2. Interest lists are used to generate s to just members interested in those activities. At least one item must be checked. 3. If you re not interested in any items, check None. 4. Click Continue when finished. 6
7 Add Family Member Screen 1. This screen allows you to enter authorized family members to your account. This should include spouse, children, bonafide household residents such as grandparents, or employees who reside with the member (e.g., nannies, au pairs). 2. It s important to include birthdates because the software flags members under the age of 10 when they check into the pool. 3. Added family members will be listed. 4. When finished adding members, click Finished. 7
8 Registration Waiver Screen 1. Check that you have read the registration waiver for the website. 2. Click Continue when finished. 8
9 Update My Account 1. After the initial registration, you can always edit your account details by clicking on My Account in the top left of the website. 2. Change Password If you would like to change the temporary password, click My Account and then Change Password. 3. Change Username If you would like to change your username, please send an (from the primary address member s account) with your member number, current user name, and desired user name to admin@mantuastc.org. 9
10 Step #2 Purchase Certificate of Membership The Membership Manager screen contains all the memberships that are available to purchase. This is where new owners will pay for the share/bond, existing owners will renew or rent out their memberships, renters will pay for their rental memberships, and members can register for sports. Next set of slides provide instructions for purchasing memberships 10
11 Step #2 Purchase Certificate of Membership 1. New Owners who need to pay for the share/bond will select Purchase Certificate of Membership in the New Owners section. The Membership Chairperson will tell new owners when they need to select this option. 11
12 Step #2 Purchase Certificate of Membership 1. New Owners should ensure only the bond/share owners are selected (i.e., both spouses). 2. Under Select Payment Options, the share/bond value of $1,400 is listed beside Refundable Bond and the $100 processing fee is listed beside Application Fee. 3. The Totals section will also display the credit card convenience fee that is added if you choose to pay by credit card. 4. Click Continue to Payment when ready. 12
13 Step #2 Purchase Certificate of Membership 1. The Membership Payment screen is the final step. 2. If you prefer to pay by Credit Card, please ensure the billing address at the top of the screen is correct. Then choose credit card type (only Visa and MasterCard accepted), enter the card number, security code, and expiration date. Credit Card information is not stored in the system. You will need to enter it each time you make a purchase. The amount of the charge is listed by One Time Charge and includes the convenience fee from the previous screen. 3. If you prefer to pay by Check and avoid the convenience fee, then click the box beside I would like to send in a check for my payment. You will receive an with the total amount and mailing instructions. Payment must be received within 10 days of when the membership was offered to you. Disregard the postmark date on the screen. Your membership is suspended until payment is received and applied to your account. You will receive an when the account is no longer suspended. 4. Finally, you must click that you agree to the membership agreement and select Purchase Now. 13

Remember, owners who rent out their membership relinquish use of all facilities (swim, tennis, and clubhouse) for them and their family members for one year (May 1 to April 30). 15
16 Step #3 Purchase Annual Membership 1. After selecting Sign Up for the Renew Annual Dues option, the Swim Membership Enrollment screen appears. 2. Ensure all the family members are selected. In some membership types, such as sports, only family members participating in the sport will be selected. 3. The Child Care Pass allows you to enter up to 5 names of caregivers who require access to the pool to care for your children. Examples include grandparents or ex-spouses. Select Yes from the dropdown, the number of childcare providers, and provide their full names. If you need to change the names during the membership year, please contact membership@mantuastc.org. 4. You can also purchase up to 10 pool Guest Passes at this time for $3 each. After that, you will be able to purchase guest passes through esoft for $5 each or 10 for $30. Remember, guest passes never expire. 16

On the Home Screen, hover over My Account and select My Memberships. 2. Select Details beside your annual membership. 3. Select Add Guest Passes in the top right corner of the page. 22
