1 Parents/Guardians YouthSportsID.com was created to allow Parents/Guardians, Coaches/Team Managers, and Tournament/league Directors to save time and provide the convenience of having all of the League/Tournament Registration & Age Verification material in one place. Parents will no longer have to continue to search, make copies, and deliver hard copies of the verification material to coaches, or go to several different sites simply to register for a league.. Coaches will no longer have to carry the hard copies of the roster, insurance, and age verification material to tournaments, and league/ tournament directors will no longer have to be tied to a check in table to leaf through piles of documents simply to register & verify each team and player roster. YouthSportsID.com provides all of this in one place for every aspect of the League Registration and Tournament verification process. Your Data and Our Security: The most frequent question we encounter always entails personal online data security. YSID understands. Many of us remember the angst experienced the first time we handed over a hard copy of our child's birth certificate to his/her new coach. Similarly the concern that we all felt with our first online purchase using our credit card, or switching to online banking. By 2014, all doctors will need to switch to electronic medical records or face severe penalties. Youth sports now needs to take a similar leap of faith to reap the benefits that await. The Initial Registration Process: You will register your child or children within YouthsportsID.com initially, and then after the initial registration, you will be able to log into your account and register for your league of choice. The cost of membership is $5.00 each year per participant, which includes as many Leagues, tournaments or teams that your participant is affiliated with (it is not a per league charge). This charge and registration is not affiliated with the league registration and will be charged on a per year basis at the anniversary of enrollment.

You will notice some required fields denoted with a red *, these fields are mandatory fields and must be filled out properly (make sure to check both the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy boxes at the bottom). YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UPLOAD ANY AGE VERIFIACTION DOCUMENTS at this time if you do not want to, you simply need to fill out the three part registration page. You can come back anytime to edit or add anything within your account, and upload your required files (or the coach or team manager can do it for you once inserted on the roster if applicable). Step 3: The last page of the registration form is the payment page. After you fill out the payment form, just click submit and you will receive an with your payment confirmation. You are now registered with YouthSportsID. You will receive a confirmation of payment via . Now you can register with a league, tournament, or various other aspects of YouthsportsID.com such as uploading age verification material, managing your participants information, or editing you own account (contact information). You will never have to enter this information again, for any league or tourney that utilizes YSID!!! 3 Now that you are a member of YouthsportsID.com, it is time to log into your account and register for your league. Registering for a League: Step 1: Log into your account and look for the Find a League link on the left hand side of the main page after logging into YouthSportsID.com. Click the link and you will be taken to a page that will display each of your participants with directions.

If you select to register another participant, it will take you back to the list of names (participants) and you will go through the same process with your second child, or third, or more, until you are ready to check out. When you have completed all of the participants registrations, and are ready to checkout, you will be taken to the payment page which will already have all of the necessary payment amounts (with discounts if applicable for multi child registrations) and all you need to do is fill out the payment form and submit. You will receive a payment confirmation via . It is that simple! You can register for as many leagues within as many sports as you wish, with all of the information documented and shown on your membership page.
