1 eviti /GEHA/PCIP Registration Guide This document explains how to register with the GEHA and PCIP Portal as well as register with the eviti system. You must be registered with either the GEHA or PCIP Portal in order to access the eviti link on the portal site. You also must be registered with eviti in order to enter a patient s treatment plan and receive an eviti code. If you are a GEHA Provider, but not yet registered with the GEHA Portal, go to the GEHA Members section of this document. If you are a PCIP Provider, but not yet registered with the PCIP Portal, go to the PCIP Enrollee section of this document. If you are already registered with the GEHA or PCIP Portal, but not with the eviti system, go to the eviti Registration section of this document.

2 GEHA Members In order to access the eviti system, you must be registered with the GEHA Portal. The following steps will guide you through the process of registering with the GEHA Portal. 1. Go to 2. Click the Provider Web Services menu option on the left-hand navigation bar. 3. Click the Registration menu option.

3 4. Enter the required information to begin creating your GEHA Portal account: a. Enter the Federal Tax ID. b. Enter the Organization name OR enter the Provider Name. c. Enter the Organization Address. d. Enter the Work Phone number. e. Enter your address. f. Enter your First and Last Name. g. Enter your Title. 5. Answer the question regarding receiving GEHA news and information by selecting the appropriate radio button for Yes or No. 6. Click the Continue button.

4 7. Enter a Web Account User ID you can easily remember 8. Enter a Password you can easily remember 9. Confirm your Password 10. Create a Security Question If you forget your Password, you will be prompted to answer the Security Question you created. 11. Click the Continue button

5 12. Verify your account information and then click the I Agree button. If you inadvertently entered incorrect User or Security Information, you may modify it by clicking the Modify User Information button and/or the Modify Security Information button.

6 This page simply confirms your GEHA Portal account has been successfully created. 13. Click the Login to my account button to login to the GEHA Portal and access eviti.

7 14. Enter your Federal Tax ID, User ID, and Password. 15. Click the Log-in button.

8 You have successfully logged in to the GEHA Portal. You may now access eviti and complete a one-time registration with our website to create your personal account. 16. Click the eviti link. To view a list of drugs and radiation codes that require precertification through eviti, click on the link as indicated in the screenshot above. 17. Click the eviti link. 18. Go to Step xx to continue

9 PCIP Enrollees In order to access the eviti system, you must be registered with the PCIP Portal. The following steps will guide you through the process of registering with the PCIP Portal. 19. Go to Click on the Providers link at the top of the screen

10 21. Click on the Web services link as indicated in the screen shot above. 22. Click on the Register button to begin creating your PCIP Portal account.

11 23. Enter the required information to begin creating your GEHA Portal account: a. Enter the Federal Tax ID. b. Enter the Organization name OR enter the Provider Name. c. Enter the Organization Address. d. Enter the Work Phone number. e. Enter your address. f. Enter your First and Last Name. g. Enter your Title. 24. Click the Continue button.

12 25. Enter a Web Account User ID you can easily remember 26. Enter a Password you can easily remember 27. Confirm your Password 28. Create a Security Question If you forget your Password, you will be prompted to answer the Security Question you created. 29. Click the Continue button

13 30. Verify your account information and then click the I Agree button. If you inadvertently entered incorrect User or Security Information, you may modify it by clicking the Modify User Information button and/or the Modify Security Information button.

14 This page simply confirms your GEHA Portal account has been successfully created. 31. Click the Login to my account button to login to the GEHA Portal and access eviti.

15 32. Enter the Federal Tax ID 33. Enter the User ID and Password you just created. 34. Click the Sign in button.

16 You have successfully logged in to the PCIP Portal. You may now access eviti and complete a one-time registration with our website to create your personal account. 35. Click the eviti link.

17 You are now on the eviti website and will need to complete a one-time registration process in order to create your account with eviti. eviti Registration 36. Click the Continue button

18 37. Select No, if this is your first time to access the eviti system, in order to register. 38. Click the Continue button. 39. Enter your Address and enter it again to Confirm it. 40. Click the Continue button. An , from ITA Partners/eviti, similar to the one below, will now be sent to the address you entered. Please go to your account and open the from ITA Partners.

19 (If you don t see the , you may need to check your Spam or Junk folders) 41. Copy the CODE listed in the (Highlight the CODE and press Ctrl+C) 42. Paste (Ctrl+V) the CODE into the Verification Code field. 43. Click the Continue button.

20 44. Select I am part of a doctor s administrative team.

21 45. Enter the required information to begin creating your eviti account: a. Enter the Federal Tax ID & Business Name b. Enter your First and Last Name c. Enter NPI number of physician for which you will be entering Treatment Plans. 46. Click the Add button.

22 The physician associated with the NPI number entered will display in the lowe section of the screen (as shown in the screen shot above). If the Physician has not yet registered with eviti, select the Provider Type and enter the Physician s Address (optional). Continue to enter additional NPI numbers as needed. 47. When all NPI numbers have been entered, click the Complete button. 48. Your eviti account registration is now complete, so please click the Continue button.
