3 User Defined Field (UDF) for Voice Message Broadcasts The CSV file that you are uploading contains the following standard fields and may contain 10 additional User Defined Fields (UDF fields). Please note: even if you do not have data for each of these 14 fields, the headers must be included in the.csv file that you upload. Voice Standard Fields: a. FIRSTNAME: First Name of the recipient. This field is optional and can be left blank. b. LASTNAME: Last Name of the recipient. This field is required and cannot be left blank. c. PHONENUMBER: Home phone or Cell phone for a voice broadcast. This field is required and cannot be left blank. d. POSTALCODE: Postal/Zip code of the recipient. This field is optional and can be left blank. e. LANGUAGE: Language in which the voice message needs to be delivered. Three languages are supported EN (English), ES (Spanish) or FR (French). You need to specify EN or ES or FR in this column respectively. If this field is left blank, it will default to EN (English). UDF Fields: a. DATE1 (MM/DD/YYYY): This field is optional and has to be in the MM/DD/YYYY format. b. DATE2 (MM/DD/YYYY): This field is optional and has to be in the MM/DD/YYYY format. c. TIME1 (HH:MM AM/PM): This field is optional and and has to be in the HH:MM AM/PM or HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. d. TIME2 (HH:MM AM/PM): This field is optional and has to be in the HH:MM AM/PM or HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. e. CURRENCY ($X.X): This field is optional and represents a currency token and has to be in the $X.X or $X format. f. PHONE # TO READ: This field is optional and has to be in the XXX-XXX-XXXX format. g. TEXT1: This field is optional. h. TEXT2: This field is optional. i. INDIVIDUAL NUM & CHARS1: This field is optional. j. INDIVIDUAL NUM & CHARS2: This field is optional. 3
4 of Standard Fields First Name Last Name First Name of the recipient Last Name of the recipient Phone Number The system is restricted to calling North American phone numbers (10-digit) The phone number should be 10 digits in the following format: XXX-XXX-XXXX, for example: The phone number should be 10 digits with no special characters. For Example: (123) is not allowed. Instead it should be or Postal Code Language Standard Canadian postal codes and United States zip codes are supported. The postal/zip code is used to determine the recipient s time zone. When left blank the recipient s area code is used. Three languages are supported EN (English), ES (Spanish) or FR (French). You need to specify EN or ES or FR in this column respectively. If this field is left blank or set as a different 2 letters, it will default to EN (English). 4
