2 General System Enhancements: Compliance: etrac Report Builder (ERB): Added the new Vendor Profile SSN (Social Security Number) field to the following report types: o General Report o Appraisers Report This field will display the SSN as follows: o The first five (5) digits of the number will be masked with asterisks (*). o The last four (4) digits of the number will be displayed as plain text. File Upload: Added Security enhancements to the file upload process. o Removed the Client Profile Use HTTPS for downloading files? setting. o Files will always be set to use HTTPS in the URL at the time of upload. o This update applies to all order files. Staff Module Appraiser Super Search: Changed the Tax ID/SSN: field label to read Tax ID: Vendor Profile: Added a SSN: field to store Social Security Numbers. o The first five (5) digits of the Social Security Number are masked with asterisks (*). o Numbers will be masked as the user types in the field. o The last four (4) digits of the Social Security Number are displayed as plain text.

3 o The entire Social Security Number will be encrypted when at rest in the database. Enhancements: AVMs The LoanSafe Appraisal Manager (LSAM) Review product from CoreLogic is available in the etrac Data Store (AVMs must be enabled). o LSAM requires the submission of a MISMO v2.6 XML file with the embedded appraisal form. o File submission occurs from the Files Available for Download screen. Company Documents App: Added instructions for the Vendor Broadcast Notification. In addition, a file is no longer required to be uploaded when creating a custom Vendor Broadcast . Enhanced Vendor File Upload App: The default Vendor Upload Status (or the Order Status selected in the What status should an order change to when Appraisers upload the Appraisal/Final Report? Note: this setting may be ignored in certain cases, such as custom implementations, MARS, etc. system setting)

After the update, the Default Vendor Upload Status will no longer appear in the "On Vendor upload, update status to:" column. etrac Report Builder App (ERB): Added a ClientOfficeNotes field to the Clients Report. o This field displays the text saved in the Client Profile Client Office Notes field. o This field displays as blank when the Client Profile Client Office Notes field contains no text. Added a new External Data Services Report

5 o This Report Type allows Staff Users to report on AVM and Data Analytic submissions (see Appendix A for a full list of fields). o The primary role of this new report is to display a summary of successful and non-successful submissions to each External Data Service. o The following products are supported: CoreLogic PowerBASE 6 CoreLogic PASS Prospector Home Junction CoreLogic PASS Freddie Mac s Home Value Explorer (HVE) Collateral Analytics Value AVM CoreLogic ValuePoint4 Collateral Analytics Neighborhood Value Range o The following fields will return a zero (0) for all unsuccessful submissions: AVMDataAnalyticsFee AVMDataAnalyticsClientFee Updated the Follow Ups report as follows: o Addressed the issues when running ERB queues (Main View Queues) o Added the following fields: OfficeName - Displays the name of the office selected on the order form. Engager - Displays the name of the engager selected on the order form. OfficeNotes - Displays the text entered in the Office Notes order form field. DateEntered - Displays the date that the order was entered into the system. DateNeeded - Displays the date value entered in the Date Needed order form field. Status - Displays the Order Status currently selected on the order form. AppraiserName - Displays the name of the vendor assigned to the order. ReportType - Displays the name of the product selected in the Report Type order form field.

6 ClientName - Displays the name of the client selected on the order form. BorrowerName - Displays the name entered in the Borrower Name order form field. StatusLastUpdated - Displays the date of the last Order Status change for the order. FollowUpDateOnly - Displays the date of the scheduled follow up, without the time. The corresponding etrac Order Status names were updated to match the new event code names. o These UCDP/EAD Statuses are available for use in both RealEC and non-realec orders. Added a multitude of supporting data fields to various report types to enhance ERB s ad hoc reporting capabilities. See Appendix B for a full list of updated reports and fields. RealEC Integration: Updated the global UCDP Order Statuses to match the updated RealEC UCDP/EAD Event Codes. 8 In addition, the UCDP Fannie Mae Proprietary Findings (Event Code 6073) was renamed UCDP FNMA Findings. The etrac Order Status was updated to use the same naming convention. NOTES: o Updated Order Statuses are available in the following areas: As selections in the Allow Vendors to change orders to/from the following status points in the Vendor Module system setting (Configure Vendor Communications). The Order Status drop down menu in the Staff Module Order Form (Status Info section). The RealEC Status Mapping Configuration screen (requires RealEC Integration). o UCDP Order Statuses were implemented into etrac to support the RealEC integration. The RealEC UCDP process was recently expanded to accommodate EAD submissions. Thus, the corresponding etrac Order Status names that were updated to indicate those RealEC Event Codes are now used for both UCDP and EAD submissions (where applicable). o The Orders Statuses listed above are available for use in both RealEC and non-realec orders. Staff Module Client Profile Added a Client Office Notes field. o When associated Client Users place an order, text from this field is populated in the Staff Module Order Form Office Notes field. o When the client is selected in the Staff Module Order Form, text from this field is populated in the Staff Module Order Form Office Notes field. o The text can be edited on the order form depending on the user s type, access level, and/or User Permissions (requires the User Permissions app).

9 o To display the Office Notes field in the Client Module Order Form, the following system setting must be set to Yes: Would you like to allow clients to view Office notes? Office notes is a text field that can be hidden so that only the office and/or vendors can see them. When configured, the Office Notes field is only displayed in the Client Module Order Details screen. o To display the Office Notes field in the Vendor Module Order Form, the Would you like to hide Office Notes from Vendors? system setting must be set to No. o This update applies to RealEC, AppraisalPort, and Encompass integration orders. o This update is also supported in the BYO Web Service API. Added a setting that requires the Contact fields in the Client Module Order form. o This setting is only applicable when the Require Contact Fields on Client Module Order Form? system setting is set to No (default). o This allows Staff Users to require contact information for specific clients (if desired). o This setting applies to both standard and custom order forms (residential and commercial). o When set to Yes, the following fields in the Property Access / Contact Info section are required on the Client Module Order Form: Name Home Phone Work Phone Other/Mobile Phone o When set to No (default), the above fields are not required to submit an order. Staff Module System Settings Added a setting to enable auto-completion of the subject property address fields.

10 (Navigation: Setup System Settings Configure Order Form) o o o Setting Text: Do you want to enable auto-complete for the Staff and Client Order Form subject property address fields? Note: This setting applies to standard and custom order forms (residential and commercial). When set to No (default), the auto-complete functionality is disabled on all order forms. When set to Yes: An Auto-complete (optional): field will display in the Subject Property Address Info section of the Staff Module Order Form. As the Staff User begins typing in the auto-complete field, one or more addresses will be suggested based on the user s location. When the Staff User selects a suggested address, the following subject property address fields will be populated: Address City

11 State Zip NOTE: The County field is not included in auto-complete, but will be populated as the user traverses the field or clicks the Get County link. An Auto-complete (optional): field will display in the Subject Property Info section of the Client Module Order Form. As the Client User begins typing in the auto-complete field, one or more addresses will be suggested based on the user s location.

12 When the Client User selects a suggested address, the following subject property address fields will be populated: Property Address City State Zip NOTE: The County field is not included in auto-complete, but will be populated as the user traverses the field. Added settings that requires the Contact fields in the Staff and Client Module Order forms. o The Staff Module setting is located in the Configure Order Form section: Require Contact fields in Staff Module Order Form? o When set to No (default), the above fields are not required to submit an order. o When set to Yes, the following fields in the Contact Info section are required to submit and/or edit an order: Name Relation Home Phone Work Phone

13 o o o Other/Mobile Phone When set to No (default), the above fields are not required to submit and/or edit an order. The Client Module setting is located in the Configure Order Form section: Require Contact Fields on Client Module Order Form? When set to Yes, the following fields in the Property Access / Contact Info section are required to submit an order: Name Home Phone Work Phone Other/Mobile Phone Workflow Engine App: Added an option to auto-assign a vendor to an order. 14 Maintenance: Commercial Bidding System App: Addressed the following display issues with the HTML to PDF conversion process: o Text truncation along the right side of the PDF page. o Text truncation along the bottom of the PDF page. o Text overlapping on the PDF page. etrac Report Builder (ERB): Implemented performance enhancements for the Status History report to prevent potential time outs errors. etrac-to-etrac (e2e): Corrected the Date Assigned field s time zone conversion when an order is assigned to an e2e vendor. Both the Parent and Child Order will now display the adjusted Date Assigned time that s based off the Company Time Zone (configured on the Company Profile screen). Corrected time zone conversion issues when updating the Inspection Date and Time. The issue impacted companies configured for the Hawaii or Atlantic time zones. FHA EAD App: Lowered the character limit for the Client Profile FHA EAD password field to 15 characters. Previously, entering a longer password when creating a new Client Profile would result in an error. Order Form: Disabled the Enter key on all order forms (in all modules), including custom, residential, and commercial forms.

15 o This was done to prevent duplicate order creation when a user hit the Enter key multiple times when placing an order. o This update also prevents multiple updates when a user hits the Enter key multiple times while editing an order. o Orders will only be submitted when clicking the Add Order or Save buttons (as applicable). o Orders will only be updated when clicking the Update Order or Update Status buttons (as applicable). The Broadcast Order s Ignore All Criteria Except Zip Code Coverage filter now returns non-fha vendors. o This filter was updated to maintain consistency with the Find Vendor s Ignore All Criteria Except Zip Code Coverage filter. o Non-FHA vendors are vendors that do not have the FHA flag checked in their profile. o o Non-FHA vendors are displayed in bold, red font. We added text to the screen to explain this bold, red font.

16 Installed the latest Zip Code database. Updated the Broadcast Order screen to refresh the list of vendors when a new filter is selected (e.g., when clicking the Ignore Approved Vendor List button). Vendor Profile: Corrected a typo in the Fees section (available in Staff Module only). Updated all the fields to prevent the auto-population of saved passwords when Auto- Fill is enabled in the Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers. APPENDIX A: etrac Report Builder External Data Services Report Fields AVMDataAnalyticsClientFee - Displays the dollar amount charged to the Client for the corresponding AVM or Data Analytic product ordered.

17 AVMDataAnalyticsFee - Displays the dollar amount charged to the etrac Company for the corresponding AVM or Data Analytic product ordered. AVMDataAnalyticsName - Displays the name of the AVM or Data Analytic product ordered. AVMDataAnalyticsStatus - Displays the submission status of the AVM or Data Analytic product ordered. Available values: Report Returned Error Returned Address1 - Displays the subject property address entered in the order form s Address field. Address2 - Displays the subject property address entered in the order form s Address 2 field. BillingMethodName - Displays the selection in the order form s Payment Method field. BorrowerName - Displays the text entered in the order form s Name field (Borrower Info section). CaseNumber - Displays the text entered in the order form s Case # field. City - Displays the text entered in the order form s subject property address City field. Client2Name - Displays the name of the Client selected in the order form s Client 2 field. ClientBalance - Displays the balance of the unpaid Client Fee on the order, calculated as the total Client Fee minus the total amount received from the Client. ClientID - Displays the ID assigned to the Client selected in the order form s Client field. ClientName - Displays the Client Name selected in the order form s Client field. CoBorrowerName - Displays the name of the Co-Borrower that is entered on the order form. CompanyID - Displays the ID assigned to the etrac Company. CompanyOfficeID - Displays the ID assigned to the selection in the order form s Company Office field.

18 County - Displays the text entered in the order form s subject property address County field. DateRun - Displays the date and timestamp of the AVM or Data Analytic submission. Engager - Displays the name of the selection in the order form s Engager field. EngagerID - Displays the ID assigned to the selection in the order form s Engager field. FileNumber - Displays the File Number assigned to the order. Please note that the field label may vary based on the text entered in the Custom Field #1 system setting. FullPropertyAddress - Displays the full address (i.e., the Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and Zip Code) of the subject property entered on the order form. LenderName - Displays the text entered in the order form s Lender field. LoanNumber - Displays the text entered in the order form s Loan # field. MyClientUser - Displays the name of the selection in the order form s Client User field. OfficeName - Displays the name of the selection in the order form s Company Office field. OrderedBy - Displays the text entered in the order form s Ordered By field (typically the Client User s Name will display). Processor1 - Displays the name of the selection in the order form s Processor field. Processor2 - Displays the name of the selection in the order form s Processor 2 field. State - Displays the abbreviation of the state entered in the order form s subject property address State field. Status - Displays the name of the selection entered in the order form s Order Status field. SumOfChecksReceived - Displays the total amount of all Client checks posted to the order. TotalAVMDataAnalyticsFee - Displays the sum of all External Data Service products on the order. This is the total amount that will be billed to the etrac Company. TotalClientFee - Displays the sum of all products on the order. This is the total amount that will be billed to the Client.

AcctMgrLastName - Displays the Last Name of the Account Manager assigned to the order. AcctMgr - Displays the Address of the Account Manager assigned to the order. AcctMgrFee - Displays the Account Manager Fee configured in their profile. AcctMgrFeePercentage - Displays the Account Manager Fee Percentage configured in their profile. LastDownloadedByBorrowerName - Displays the downloaded by name associated with the most recent record in the Borrower File Delivery table. If no records exist for the order, this field will display as blank. Vendor Profile fields ApprIsFHA - Displays True if the assigned vendor has the FHA check box checked off in their profile. Displays False if the assigned check box is unchecked. ApprIsHUD - Displays True if the assigned vendor has the VA check box checked off in their profile. Clients Report Client Profile UCDP Related Info fields (requires the UCDP app) UCDPBusinessUnitName - Displays the text entered in the Business Unit Name field. UCDPBusinessUnitNumber - Displays the text entered in the Business Unit Number field. FNM_SellerNumber - Displays the text entered in the Fannie Mae Seller Number field. FRE_SellerNumber - Displays the text entered in the Freddie Mac Seller Number field. UCDP_DI_User - Displays the text entered in the UCDP User ID field. FileTypeID - Displays the numeric ID assigned to each File Type Description. Commercial Vendor Bid Management Report Borrower - Displays the text entered in the order form s Borrower (s) field. Client2Name - Displays the selection in the order form s Client 2 field. Staff User Login Log Report LogoutTime - Displays the date and time for each Staff User session, and corresponds to the existing LoginTime field. Appraiser User Report ShowClientUserInfo - Displays the selection in the "Show Client User Info" Vendor User Profile setting (editappraiseruser.aspx). CanUseWebForms - Displays the drop down menu options associated with the "Allow Access to Web Forms" Vendor User Profile setting.
