1 Go to - your start screen should look like the image below. Click the REGISTER button and then either START or REFORM A TEAM (if you are a Team Captain), JOIN A TEAM (if your team has already been created by the captain and you are a Team Member) or REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL (if you are registering without a team connection) then follow instructions/prompts.

2 Everyone is using the Registration system for the first time, so you will select NO. When you select NO, you will be asked to create a USER NAME and PASSWORD (Note: your address is the unique identifier in our system. s can only be used once per registration process).

4 (If you are an Individual, skip this step). Team Captains enter your Team Name, your fundraising goal, your team type and if you are participating with a company.

5 If you are joining a team, enter the team name or team captain s name and select your team.

6 Choose your Registration Category. Your choices are: ADULT, SURVIVOR OR LIVING WITH METASTATIC BREAST CANCER, YOUTH and VIRTUAL. Adult registration is age 18 and over. Youth registration is age 0-18, but age 3 and under register for free using the discount code UNDER3. A Virtual registration allows you to show your support even though you cannot attend on Race Day.

7 Answer the following questions. If you have a published discount code or your team captain has provided one for you, select Yes and enter it here. The fundraising questions are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Packet Mailing is available for an up charge of $8.50 for Adults, Survivors/Metastatic, Virtual and Youth participants age 4 and over. Packet Mailing is available for $1 for age 3 and under due to not receiving a Race participant shirt.

8 This is a fundraising event and, as such, you will see opportunities to make donations to support our mission of saving lives and ending breast cancer forever.

9 \\ Select your T-shirt size. NOTE Children 3 and under do not receive a Race shirt. Select Running or Walking the 5K. For Ford Team Members Only, select your affiliation. Agree to Komen s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. NOTE Team Captains will answer the following additional questions How will you pick up your team packets?, Team Sign Requested?, Are you a new team this year?, Will this be your first year as a team captain?, Do you plan on using the Team MEET lot?

10 Enter your Contract Information.

11 If you are planning on registering more than yourself (or more than one person) please select REGISTER A FAMILY MEMBER. If not, select NEXT at the bottom of the page. You cannot go back and adjust your registration after you complete the registration process.

12 Enter your payment information.

13 Enter your payment information and complete your registration.

14 Once you select COMPLETE REGISTRATION you will receive two s confirming you are registered and in the system. If you do not receive s (nearly immediately) you are not registered for the event. Be sure to log out (upper right side), close your browser down and start a new session to register. 16 Your Race Participant Center (link in your confirmation ) allows you to recruit team members and/or solicit fundraising from friends and family. Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with those pages and feel free to update and edit your personal page and/or Team pages (Both can be controlled here if you are the Team captain).
