2 Registering a New Prayer Event On the 24-7 Prayer Dropdown Menu, click the Register Your Prayer Event Page Link. Fill out the following details: Figure 2: Register Your Prayer Event Field PRAYER EVENT DETAILS Event Name Start Date Start Time End Date End Time Allow Multiple Pray-ers Prayer Slot Increments Information A short title for your event. For example include the name of your division or the location where the prayer event is taking place. Select the day when the prayer event will START from the pop out calendar. Select the hour and minute when the prayer event will START from the drop down fields. Select the day when the prayer event will END from the pop out calendar. Select the hour and minute when the prayer event will END from the drop down fields. Select Yes Multiple Pray-ers OK from the list if you want more than one person to be able to sign up to pray at the same time. Select No Only 1 Pray-er Per Slot from the list if you only want one person to be able sign up to pray at a particular time. Select how long each timeslot in the schedule should go for, either 30, 60 or 120 minutes. Page 2

3 Field Details Information Provide other details about your prayer event. For example, details of a prayer room or details on the focus of prayer. PRAYER EVENT COORDINATOR Name Password The full name of the Prayer Event Coordinator. This will be displayed on the website so people know who to contact for further information on the event. No other contact details are displayed. The address of the Prayer Event Coordinator. When people book to pray, they will receive a confirmation from this address. This address is also used as the username to login to retrieve details of who has signed up to pray. A password to access lists of people who have signed up to pray at your event. Click the Submit button to complete. The schedule for the event will then be shown: Figure 3: Event Prayer Schedule If you copy the link from the address bar at this point, you can send this direct link to the event page out to people you want to sign up for the event. Otherwise, they can access this page by clicking on the applicable event on the 24/7 Prayer homepage (as per Figure 1). Page 3

4 Delete or Edit a Prayer Event Please contact Robyn Ius or Rebecca Walker in the Mission Resources Department for assistance. Booking a Prayer Timeslot To book a prayer timeslot: 1. Go to 2. Click on the name of the Prayer Event you are involved with 3. Tick one or more checkboxes for the timeslot(s) you wish to pray during. If a slot is available it will be shown in BLUE If there are already some people praying at a certain time but the event has been setup to allow multiple people to pray at the same time then the slot will be shown in ORANGE If a timeslot is fully booked it will be shown in GREY 4. Click the Book Prayer Slot button Figure 4: Book Prayer Slot 5. Enter your Name, and Corps/Centre in the fields as shown in Figure 5. Your details will not be displayed on the website. Only the Event Prayer Coordinator and Territorial 24/7 Prayer Coordinator have access to your contact details. 6. Click Save Booking 7. You will receive a confirmation listing the times you have committed to pray. Page 4

Click the Coordinator Login dropdown menu at top of page 3. Select the Event from the dropdown list 4. Enter the Coordinator Address and Password as setup when the event was created 5. 6 6. A list of the event timeslots will be displayed (using the same colour coding as in the public scheduling page).
