3 User Login Step 1. Open Lifeup App

4 Step 2. If your Lifeup account has not been created, press the register button. If your account has already been created, proceed to Step 4.

5 Step 3. Key in your name, mobile number and set the password. Tick the checkbox and click Register.

6 Step 4. Use your account and password to log in.

7 Set Up Apartment Step 1. After log in, press the bar showing at the top center of the screen.

8 Step 2. Press the + showing at the top right corner.

9 Step 3. Key in the apartment info and press Add. After the condo manager verifies and approves this request at the backend, the user will be able to use all functions of Lifeup App.

10 Switch Apartment Step 1. Log in the Lifeup App. Step 2. Press the bar at top center of the screen to check the list of registered apartment(s). Step 3. In the popped up list, select the apartment that you would like to switch to. A push notification will show up if the switch is successful.

11 Facility Booking Step 1. Select the Facility Booking at the home panel.

12 Step 2. Select the facility you want to book.

13 Step 3. Select the booking date in the calendar.

14 Step 4. Select the timeslot and press confirm.

15 Step 5. Select the payment method. If it s the cash/cheque, please come to the condo management office to complete the booking. If it is done by online payment, click submit.

16 Step 6. The booking can be cancelled at Personal Center - My bookings.

17 Step 7. Swipe the booking record to the left and press Delete if you want to cancel.

18 Maintenance Report Submit Step 1. Select the Maintenance at the home panel.

19 Step 2. The user may attach a photo if need to.

20 Step 3. Key in the report content and select category. Then press submit.

21 Step 4. You may check the submitted report under Personal Center - My maintenance.

22 Step 5. You may manage and check the report status from here.

23 Feedback Submit The Feedback function is similar to the maintenance. Please refer to the Maintenance Report section for step-by-step guide.

24 SG Wallet Enter SG Wallet from the home panel.

25 Function 1. Top up Select the Top up and enter the bank channel.

26 Enter the bank account credentials and complete the top up.

27 Function 2. Check the wallet history. The user may check top up history, booking deposit/refund history, transfer record and maintenance fee payment history from here.

28 Function 3. Transfer Fund The user can transfer money between different lifeup accounts.

29 Press New Transfer to initiate a new fund transfer.

30 Key in the lifeup account(which is the mobile number) & fund amount. Then select the operation type(can by either pay to or receive from ) and press submit.

31 Function 4. Pay maintenance fee. The residents can pay maintenance fee from SG Wallet Maintenance Fees. The condo info and unit info is already there, just key in the amount and click submit to complete the payment.

32 Family Invite This function is for the house owner to invite family members to use Lifeup App. Step 1. Select Family from the home panel.

33 Step 2. Key in the mobile number you want to invite, and select the relationship. Then press send invite. A text message containing an activation code will be sent to this mobile.

34 Step 3. To activate the new mobile number, select Activate Code, key in the activation code in the text message and press Activate Code to complete the registration.
