2 Prepare to experience the glitz of vintage Hollywood like you ve never seen before. This interactive event will feature delicious heavy hors d oeuvres by Mazzone Hospitality, handcrafted cocktails and beverages donated by DeCrescente Distributing, and surprises around every corner. The glamorous event has exceeded expectations and sold out tickets each year, growing from 400 guests in 2015 to over 800 in 2017, and this year s masquerade will be our biggest event to date. Prior years have created anonymity and intrigue by transporting attendees to a Venetian Ball, The Mad Hatter s Ball, and The Streets of London. You won t want to miss our next production of The Silver Screen, rewriting the script on typical galas and immersing the imaginative event into the elegant and alluring world of vintage Hollywood. Sponsors will be engaged in the marketing of the production- with customizable benefits like participating in the lauded Event Trailer and The Making of the Masquerade films. This year, sponsorship opportunities will be available on merchandise including tote bags and tee shirts. Merchandise will be offered at the event Press Conference where top sponsors will be given speaking opportunities, and sponsors can choose to be included in event Swag Bags. Most importantly, The Masquerade raises much-needed funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Our top sponsors will receive recognition for adopting a room in the house for one year covering all maintenance and upgrades. RMHC keeps families with sick children close to each other and the care and resources they need, providing a haven of comfort, love, hope and support free of charge. They enable family-centered care by keeping children close to their families during a time of hardship. Additionally, their spaces within the Children s Hospital at Albany Medical Center offer respite and support, and the Dental Mobile, in partnership with St. Peter s Health Care Services, provides free, comprehensive dental care to underserved youths.
