2 Edit existing article on your website 1) go to - 2) login 3) go to your section pages (you can choose from the menu as well) or you can go directly to your section pages ) choose the article you want to edit 5) use the icon on the top right part of the article 6) choose edit option 7) edit article as you want (for details see chapter create new article) 8) click save button on the top of the screen

3 Create a new article 1) go to - 2) login 3) after logging in you can see text editor 4) in the content bookmark you can fill in: - Title - Alias it is generated automatically - Article content standard editor is used - adding link use an icon Insert/edit link and fill in required values example: note: target = location where the link is opened if you choose none link is opened in the same window/bookmark as your article (reader than can use go back option) but if you choose new window link is opened in the new window/bookmark (than your article stays opened in the next window/bookmark)

4 5) in the publishing bookmark only choose the right category note: category = one of your section menu items (if you want to add article under news than you have to choose news category) 6) in the language bookmark do nothing 7) in the metadata bookmark you can fill in some detailed info about your article (it is not visible on the web but when this is filled in it is easier to find your article e.g. while using google or another searching services) 8) when you are ready with your article click save 9) check if your article is displayed under the correct part of your section menu

5 Insert a file 1) go to - 2) login 3) after logging in you can see file uploader part under the text editor 4) if you want to publish some files use choose file button choose the requested file in your computer 5) if you want to replace existing file in your folder choose yes option 6) upload the file with the button Upload File 7) your file will be uploaded into your folder (each section leader has his own folder, folder name=login name) on the section.es webpage 8) your file is now available under this kind of link: instead of grey part use your own name and surname and your uploaded filename with appropriate file extension (.xls,.pdf,.doc, ) example: 9) check that your uploaded file is available on the web (go to your web browser and insert the link to your file see previous point) note: you can use this link when you are creating/editing your article

6 Insert an album with photos 1) create album on FB page 2) do no forget to name album properly e.g. RESULTS 2015 or PHOTOS year - 3) copy the link (use right mouse button) 4) go to - 5) login

7 6) go to your photo bookmark e.g. - photos 7) use edit button to edit the page 8) use Insert/edit link button to insert link to the new album 9) fill in proper information URL (complete web address the one you have copied to your clipboard in step 3), text do display = what will be visible on the Photo webpage - confirm it with OK button 10) Do not forget to SAVE all changes with save button
