3 USER REGISTRATION Log in/register screen Create an account Terms and conditions Register Add car 06 All done! your device details Please click Register or Continue with Facebook/Google to set up a new account Enter your address and create a new password Please agree to our terms and conditions in order to continue any further Please enter the IMEI number of your device as indicated on screen Please contact us if you cannot find your vehicle on the list 3

4 APPLICATION NAVIGATION Side menu All features of the application are available from the side menu which is opened by tapping the grid icon at the top left of the screen or by swiping from the left of the screen Vehicles registered to the family network are displayed at the top of the left menu. Selecting a vehicle will allow the user to view the status, diagnostics and manage the alerts and settings relating to that vehicle 4

5 DASHBOARD Family vehicle panel Allows users to select vehicle to view and manage. Selecting a vehicle will update the information shown below The dashboard is displayed upon opening the application. It comprises an interactive map and slide-up vehicle dashboard summarising the key vehicle information. All alerts Map Displays the location of a user s car and family cars. Users can create geofences and see their location Vehicle dashboard Tapping on this expands to reveal more content WiFi switch Toggle on/off Vehicle s health status Red denotes the fact that there are issues and blue indicates none Vehicle location and geofence status A green glow around the vehicle indicates the presence of issues; a blue glow indicates no issues Autofence Protect/unprotect your vehicle to receive notifications when your car is moved from its location Chat-style status Provides contextual status updates Driving score Based on driving behaviour during latest trips Latest alert Click on this icon to see your vehicle health Recent trip statistics MPG Distance travelled Consumption Efficiency The vehicle dashboard, when expanded, contains a comprehensive set of information including trip details and content. 5

7 VEHICLE HEALTH Side menu Faults Vehicle health More Please click Vehicle Health to see the health of your key vehicle components In the Vehicle Health screen you will see the performance of each key component. The app will notify you of any issues in this screen Please click on More to see more information regarding the fault address 7

8 FAMILY MODE In this view, members of closed groups, e.g. families or fleets, can allow one another s vehicle locations to be shared. Family mode Manage followers Share permissions Send the invite Locate the feature on the side menu Select the vehicle to be shared (if more than one is registered) and click on Invite New Follower Share My Location is a default permission and the rest can be chosen Select the channel for sharing the invite ( , SMS, Facebook message, etc.) address 8

9 VEHICLE ALERTS Alerts icon Alerts Select/delete Click on the Alerts icon to access all of the alerts All alerts are listed with the most recent one being at the top You can choose to select some or delete all of the alerts 9

11 TRIPS This section allows the user to view key information about journeys on a given date. All journeys Journey details Journey trends Date picker allows the user to select a date from which journey statistics can be viewed Summarises the total distance travelled, duration, average consumption and total fuel used Displays the data in histogram format Allows the user to assign journeys as being personal or business trips for reporting purposes Trip At a glance the user can see the journey route plotted on a map with the driving events that have occurred Trip details Shows where the journey started and ended, along with key metrics Individual journeys are displayed below the top summary Trip statistics and trends Data over time for distance, fuel consumption and cost 11

12 DRIVING SCORE The line graph plots the driving score. Swiping allows the user to move the graph to view weekly changes in driving score The driving score (out of 100) is displayed based on acceleration, braking, cornering and driving at an efficient speed on journeys made on a given date. A driving score is derived from a variety of driving behaviour metrics to help drivers improve road safety and efficiency. Driving scores and reports can be sent to family members to continually assess areas of improvement to achieve greater safety at the wheel. 12
