1 Academic Technology one45 Student Account Overview OMS I Log In Type rowansom.one45.com in a browser address bar and hit enter. Select the Rowan University Login on the left hand side. Rowan Central Authentication Service will load. Enter your Rowan network account information, i.e. your username and password, and select the LOGIN button.

2 To-Dos (Evaluations to Complete) Review your to-do list regularly, as instructor and course evaluations are sent throughout the year. You will also receive an when an evaluation needs to be completed. Please note that you should only complete the instructor evaluations for instructors that you have had, and only for the course to which they are associated. IMPORTANT: do not evaluate an instructor you have not had, and do not evaluate an instructor based on your experiences with them in another course.

3 Course Evaluation Select the course evaluation link and a new tab will load in your browser. You can see the course name, the course form name, the general topic, specific question, scale, and description, and you can make your choice. Answer all questions honestly and write comments in the strengths and weaknesses boxes. These comments are anonymous and are read and compiled by Academic Affairs and shared with Course Directors and Department Chairs, and additionally used by the Program Evaluation and Student Assessment Committee as part of their course review process. Be sure to submit the form.

You can see the instructor photo and name, the course and instructor association, the instructor form name, the general topic, specific question, scale, and description, and you can make your choice. You can navigate back and forth through weeks, and you can click on the links within each event to find out additional details. 10 Google and Android 1. Log in to Google Calendar: 2. Click on the down arrow next to the 'Other calendars' label on the bottom left of the page. 3. Select 'Add by URL' from the menu. 4. Copy the All-In-One URL from your one45 Manage Calendar Feeds page (using 'ctl'+'c' or 'cmd'+'c'). 5. Paste the copied URL into the 'Add by URL' input in Google Calendar and click 'Add Calendar'. Device: 6. Open the app 'Calendar' on your Android device. 7. Tap on the icon that looks like three stacked squares on the top right of the app. 8. Tap on 'Calendars to display'. 9. Tap on 'Calendars to sync' and wait a few moments for the list to refresh. 10. Tap on the calendar you've added. It should now say 'synced' and be checked off. 11. 11 Apple and ios 1. Open your Apple Calendar. 2. Click on 'File'. 3. Click 'New Calendar Subscription...'. 4. Copy the All-In-One URL from your one45 Manage Calendar Feeds page (using 'ctl'+'c' or 'cmd'+'c'). 5. Paste the copied URL into 'Calendar URL' field and click 'Subscribe'. 6. In the calendar info sheet, choose a name for your calendar and set the 'Auto-refresh' value to 'Every day'. Device: 7. Tap on the All-In-One URL from your one45 Manage Calendar Feeds page and tap 'copy'. 8. Tap on the 'Settings' icon from the iphone's home screen. 9. Tap on 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' from the list of device settings. 10. Tap the 'Add Account' button and select 'Other' in the list of account types. 11. Choose the 'Add Subscribed Calendar' option at the bottom of the screen. 12. Tap on the 'Server' field in 'Add Subscribed Calendar' and click 'Paste'. Then, tap the 'Next' button. 13. Enter a custom description for the ICS calendar and tap 'Save' to finish adding it to your iphone. Note: You can alternatively add your calendar to the icloud and automatically sync it across multiple devices and tools. Click here for more details. 12 Outlook (2013) 1. In Outlook 2013, click on the 'File' tab. 2. Click 'Account Settings' in the Info section and select 'Account Settings...' from the dropdown. 3. Click the 'Internet Calendars' tab. 4. Click 'New...'. 5. Copy the All-In-One URL from your one45 Manage Calendar Feeds page (using 'ctl'+'c' or 'cmd'+'c'). 6. Paste the copied URL into the 'New Internet Calendar Subscription' window and click 'Add'. 7. You'll now see a 'Subscription Options' window. Click 'OK'. 8. Click 'Close' in the 'Account Settings' window. 9. You should now be able to see this calendar in Outlook's sidebar panel under 'Other Calendars'.
