2 Who is this for? Anyone with permissions to Place Orders within the CUB Online Website. Purpose If you have been given the Place Orders permission you will have the ability to create your very own Order Template to save you time when ordering. Order templates allow you to create a predefined regular order e.g. your weekly beer order. There are three ways to create your template: 1. Create an order template from scratch 2. Create an order template based on an historical order 3. Create an order template from the cart You can update your templates at any time including editing the products and the quantities. Note: Once a template has been created you can vary the products and quantities ordered during the checkout step before confirming and placing the order. 3 1. Create an Order Template 1.1 On the home page within the Order Template section, click on the Create button. Tip: The Create button will only be visible if there are 3 or fewer templates created previously. To create further templates, click the View all Templates link in the Order Templates section on the landing page. The Order Template list page will be displayed and from here you can click on Create New Template to create further templates. 3

4 1.2 The Create New Order Template pop up will be displayed. Define a name for the template. 1.3 Click Create Order Template. A blank template will be created. Tip: To add products to this newly created template you navigate to the first product you wish to add using the normal website navigation options. You do not click on the template itself at this point. 4

6 1.6 Update the quantity and the unit of measure as required and then click Save to Template. 1.7 A pop up will appear. From here you can add the product (with the defined quantity and unit of measure) to the template you created by clicking the Add to Template button. Tip: you also have the option of creating a new template from this pop up. 6

7 2. Create a Template from a Historical Order 2.1 From the home page click on the order number that you would like to turn into a template. Tip: If the order you are looking for is not in this list, click on the View all orders link to see the full list of orders. 2.2 Within the order details page click the Save as Order Template link. 7

8 2.3 The Save as an Order Template pop up will be displayed. Define a name for the template and then click Save as Order Template. A template will be created that contains all the products (as well as their quantities) that were in the historical order. 8

Create a Template from the Cart 3.1 Add all the products you require to the cart and then click on the Cart icon to navigate to the cart. 3.2 Review the order and once you are satisfied, click Save as Order Template link. $45.00 $45.00 $45.00 $45.00 Tip: You will also have the option to save this cart as an order template once you have confirmed and paid for the order on the Order Confirmation page. 9

10 3.3 The Save as an Order Template pop up will be displayed. Define a name for the template and then click Save as Order Template. A template will be created that contains all the products (as well as their quantities) that were in the cart. 10

11 4. Update a Template 4.1 On the home page, click on the template name to place an order using a previously created template. Note: Within the template you will have the option to amend the template quantities. Save the template or to add the order to the cart and amend quantities in the cart. If you would like to amend your quantities each time you order it is recommended that you leave the quantities as is in the template and make your changes in the cart. 4.2 Click Add to Cart to add the whole order to your cart. 4.3 Amend the quantities as required and click Checkout. 11

12 5. Update an Order Template 5.1 Click on the template name that you wish to update within the Order Template section on the home page. Tip: If the template you wish to update is not shown on the landing page click on the link to see the full list of templates. From here you can select the template you wish to update. Note: Within the Template details page you have the option to either remove a product from the template, or update the quantity or unit of measure for a product. 12

13 5.2 Click the Remove link to remove a product. 5.3 To update the quantity or unit of measure, simply use the selector. 5.2 Once you have finished making your updates, click Save. Tip: You can also add products to an existing template by navigating to the specific product detail page and clicking Save To Template. From here you have the option to save to an existing template. 13
