5 ONLINE SURVEY FEEDBACK The search finding is confusing and unhelpful. I have still be unable to find any daycares meeting my simple requirements using this site. I am not searching daycares by other methods, and inquiring from them directly if they take CCAP or have a sliding scale. Search Criteria/Options I changed my search criteria a number of times and still received "no results" - frustrating! ONLINE SURVEY FEEDBACK Navigation/User experience Not easy for a first time mom. not sure where to go or what information I really got or to put in to make sure I was leaded the right way. The site's a little cumbersome with lots of steps. Could be smoother. I would really like a list of day care / pre-school centers in Montrose. this web site does not work. thank you 5

6 ONLINE SURVEY FEEDBACK Log In/Data entry/info requested With as many providers that there are in my area, I was a bit shocked and disappointed to only see one listed. When I expanded the search there were more results, but still only one that had a quality report attached to it. I figure this is a nonprofit and resources are limited to handle visits, but was not worth me registering to see these results. The log in part is a big turn away for many parents, there needs to be just a general search with not hoops to jump through.
